In this paper, our goal is to examine the factors of user's satisfaction and information sharing in Social Network Services(SNS). Based on the theoretical framework like attachment theory and self-presentation theory, we develop and test a theoretical model, propose hypotheses and analyze the effects of emotional attachment and self-presentation on the satisfaction and information sharing of SNS users. For this research, questionnaire survey was conducted with literature study and the PLS(Partial Least Square) was used to analyze the measurement model and hypotheses testing. The PLS analysis results indicate that emotional attachment affects SNS users' satisfaction and information sharing. Further, information sharing is influenced by self-presentation of SNS users. Practical implications of these findings and future research implications are also discussed.
In this paper, our goal is to examine the factors of service quality and user's satisfaction in Software as a Service(SaaS). Based on the theoretical framework like service quality theory we develop and test a theoretical model, propose hypotheses and analyze the effects of SaaS' flexibility and customizability on the service quality and the satisfaction of SaaS' users. For this research, questionnaire survey was conducted with literature study and the PLS(Partial Least Square) was used to analyze the measurement model and hypotheses testing. The PLS analysis results indicate that SaaS' flexibility affects SaaS' service quality and the users'satisfaction and SaaS users' satisfaction is influenced by SaaS' service quality. Furthermore, SaaS' customizability affects SaaS' service quality, however, does not affect the users' satisfaction.Practical implications of these findings and future research implications are also discussed.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of social anonymity on community quality and find out mediating factors that affect the relationship between social anonymity and community quality in online community sites. This study focuses on the factors such as self expression, self control, and community ties to investigate their mediating roles on the relationship between social anonymity and community quality. Also, discussion quality and information quality are used to measure online community quality. The results of this study show that social anonymity is directly related to discussion quality but not related to information quality. As for the mediating effects, self expression, self control and community ties are all shown to have strong mediating effects on the social anonymity and community quality relationship.
