In this paper, based on the principle of induction heating and eddy current fields working, the equivalent circuit model of induction cooker heating was proposed and analyzed. By using the finite element numerical analysis software, the optimization design and model simulations of induction cooker were implemented. Finally, a new design of induction cooker with the uniform heating-coil was proposed, and the magnetic circuit modeling and simulation of new type induction cooker heating was carried out, the eddy current loss density distribution in the common wire coil and the improved wire coil was separately calculated and compared. The results shown the new wire coil had higher energy efficiency and more uniform heating characteristics, which provided a reference for the future optimization design and development of induction cooker.
Higher order local auto-correlation (HLAC) can be used to analyze the different types of complicated data by limiting orders and spatial displacements. In this paper, the basic concept of HLAC is introduced firstly. Then, we analyzed the HLAC based methods from three aspects: algorithm robustness, pattern improvement, and the changes of image functions which participate in the autocorrelation operation. Finally, the applications of HLAC-based methods are discussed.
The traditional moment preserving (MP) may cause owe-segmentation, over-segmentation and ignorance of image details, so this paper introduced a image threshold segmentation method based on the gradient adjustment and improved MP. Firstly, the method got a new image by sharpening the original image, then acquired the initial threshold by MP for the new image, afterwards, obtained the final threshold by the image histogram mean improving the initial threshold, finally, segmented the sharpened image. Experimental results showed that the proposed method can not only well resolve the problem of owe-segmentation and over-segmentation, get better segmentation result, but also retain a wealth of details and advantage of the original MP. The algorithm was simple, efficient and fast.
