Base on the sympathatic detonation experiment between grenades and accessories, the actual data was obtained. The assembly link with the greatest risk of explosion was summarized by the data analysis results. Base on the obtained experimental data, the process and design requirements of the relevant assembly functional units ware proposed. On the other, the production data collected in the actual production process was comprehensively analyzed and feedback. That is possibility which fundamentally solves the risk control problem of the grenade assembly process.
