This thesis mainly elaborated the PID neural network feed-forward algo-rithm and back propagation algorithm and the structure form of its controller, then make use of MATLAB to simulate the liquid level adjusting system, analysis its control perform-ance and choose appropriate neural network parameters, and compared with the traditional PID control effect, analyzes the advantages of PID neural network. Through the comparison with the conventional PID control, PID neural network is superior to the traditional PID. The traditional PID control tuning parameters has a large number of thumb rules for reference, but the setting out of the parameters is not necessarily good. And sometimes we have to modify the parameters if we wound the better control effect. PID neural network is set up as long as the learning step in accordance with the PID rule set. this paper has show that Liquid Level Control System based on Computer Nerve Network has good control effect of rapid and effective.
The design of Digital Double Close-loop DC Speed Regulation System which we introduce in this article is based on the numeric control scheme, and using ATMega8 as the main controller, also with PI arithmetic, so as to construct a double close-loop DC Speed Regulation System with inner loop of current feedback and outer loop of speed feedback. The approach of motor speed regulation is through the voltage regulation. Experimental results show that the system has robustness, fast and good tracking performance.
There were a lot of small work pieces in the industry, like the lamella and the small steel wire line etc. Some of them could not be touched directly, for high request in some production line to the works piece thickness accuracies which depend on an on-line examination for manpower could not satisfy a production line anymore. This paper introduced a kind of measure system based on the production line of linear CCD, with the control chip of EPM3064A and measure chip of TCD132. Sampling the output signal from CCD module and sending the datum to host computer, built by VB with AVR128 MCU in RS-232 serial communication mode and displayed the waveform images with binarization in real time and analyzed them. Finally, with the help of Key9 software to carry on unmanned auto supervision and realized message sending function. The experiment showed the precision, rapid of this system and good humanization of control effect as a result.
