Taking Shandong Province as an example, select prefecture-level cities and county towns as research nodes, and use traffic network density (road network), proximity, and accessibility indicators to construct a comprehensive evaluation model of regional traffic dominance, using GIS network analysis and IDW. Spatial interpolation technique quantitatively analysed the spatial characteristics of the transportation network in Shandong Province. Through the spatial distribution characteristics of Shandong Province’s traffic dominance, the results show that the traffic dominance is closely related to the level of economic development, forming a spatial structure centred on Jinan and Qingdao. The single indicator to indicate the traffic dominance has certain limitations. And there is high spatial coupling between traffic dominance and economic development. The density of the traffic network is limited by the topography and geomorphology. The accessibility is closely related to the choice of the central city and the location of the county. Qingdao and Jinan, the spatial coupling between traffic network density and economic development level in Shandong Province is not high and some county and city in the central region have higher accessibility level but their economic development ranking is not advanced.
Abstract. With the rapid development of urban rail transit, it is the cultivation of operational personnel of rail transit with information management technology that has become the central issue. Although university is the major base to cultivate operational management personnel, there are many problems in the process of their cultivation since the professional direction is set for not long enough over there. In response to the lack of computer application ability among operational personnel of rail transit, the planning method of curriculum setting based on the engineering certification training standards is proposed to optimize the personnel training in university. Through the construction of matrix among rail transit professional (rail transit operation management) graduation requirements, required knowledge, ability and quality, and their realization way, the reason why students are not good at computer operation is analyzed before the corresponding countermeasure is formulated. The personnel training program is revised by re-setting the curriculum and adjusting the syllabus of the relevant courses. It is worth mentioning that the desired teaching effect is achieved after a year of operation.
Abstract-To continually optimize the personnel training program, it is significant to properly assess the conformance of both the standard and the purpose of personnel training. We proceed from the personnel training program of traffic transportation majority in our school and point out the AHPbased fuzzy evaluation method aiming at the assessment of personnel training objective. Through analyzing the hierarchy of from training objective to curriculum system, the judgment matrix of criterion layer (graduation requirement) and index level (knowledge, ability and quality) is established, thus determining the corresponding weight; on the basis of establishing the fuzzy relation matrix of the criterion layer term by term, the fuzzy relation matrix of the training objective is constructed. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to assess the personnel training objective. The assessment results show that the goal of cultivating talents is 'excellent', which means the training goal is consistent with the training standard. This study provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of personnel training standards.
In the central city working conference, it was proposed to speed up the construction of the central city group centered on Wuhan. The urban integration of Wuhan and Ezhou as a pilot area of Wuhan city circle has attracted much attention. In addition, Shunfeng Airport has recently been located in Ezhou, the goal is to make Ezhou into an international freight transit. This paper expounds the driving factors of the urban integration of Wuhan and Ezhou and the transformation direction of the same city in the three aspects of economy, society, policy and so on. It is considered that the three driving forces of economy, society and policy take the same role in the process of urbanization. Diffusion, one-way demand "into" two-wheel drive, mutual attraction, further accelerate the process of urbanization.
