Depolymerization of nylon 6 (PA 6) to obtain caprolactam in the mixture of water and ionic liquid ([Bmim]Cl) was a environmentally benign and high efficient method. There are two reasons for the using of ionic liquid: first is that high H+ concentration in the mixture and the other is that anions of ionic liquid can break the hydrogen bonding of PA 6. The products of depolymerization are analyzed by mass spectrometry and high-performance liquid chromatography and the main is caprolactam. The optimal conditions to obtain caprolactam are determined of reaction temperature 170 °C, IL/H2O (w/w) 13.4%, and reaction time 8 h, and thus the yield of caprolactam 30.7% and degradation of PA 6 94.1%.
Four series of compounds containing an anthraquinone-linked moiety and symmetrical or asymmetrical aminoacyl residues in side chains at positions 1,4-, 1,5-, 2,6-, and 2,7- were synthesized and evaluated for their inhibitory effects toward telomerase and hTERT expression. Of these, only compound B11 showed selective inhibition of telomerase activity. Although it is not as competent as several of the anthraquinones we identified previously, nevertheless, the result is consistent with that the general structure moiety at the 1,5-position of diaminoanthraquinone-linked compound is important for the telomerase inhibitory activity. Interestingly, compounds A6, A8, C8, and D8 exhibited selective repressing activities toward hTERT expression and showed less effect toward proliferation of the treated cancer cells. Although it is not apparent which structure moiety is responsible for the telomerase repression effects of these compounds, they could be further developed as potential anti-tumor agents.
along with more and more trajectory dataset being collected into application servers, the research in trajectory clustering has become increasingly important topic. This paper proposes a new mobile object trajectory Clustering algorithm (Trajectory Clustering based Improved Minimum Hausdorff Distance under Translation, TraClustMHD). In this framework, improved Minimum Hausdorff Distance under Translation is presented to measure the similarity between sub-segments. In additional, R-Tree is employed to improve the efficiency. The experimental results showed that this algorithm better than based on Hausdorff distance and based on line Hausdorff distance has good trajectory clustering performance.
Depolymerization of DGEBA/EDA Epoxy Resin was carried out in a microwave reactor, heated for definitized time. Experimental results showed that the products obtained are phenol, bisphenol A, isopropyl phenol. Liquid products were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and the standard curve was established by the pure samples and used it to quantify. The results show that the maximum yields of phenol, bisphenol A, isopropyl phenol are 81%,50%,12%.The residual solid after depolymerization were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and confirmed that it was residual epoxy resin solid. Depolymerization ratio and yields of main products increase with the increase of reaction temperature and time. The most effective medium is BmimCl and the depolymerization ratio can reach 92%, and the test by infrared spectroscopy shows that BmimCl is stable , It can be used for many times.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
