In this paper, we use the OLS regression method to analyse the influencing mechanism of the NFCC on farmers’ adoption of green prevention and control technology and further verify the mediating effect of information acquisition. The results show that the NFCC has a direct effect on the adoption of green prevention and control technology, and information acquisition has a mediating effect. The first stage of cognitive closure has a more significant effect on farmers’ adoption of green prevention and control technology, information acquisition ability has a significant positive impact on farmers’ adoption of green prevention and control technology, and information acquisition has an incomplete mediating effect on the impact of cognitive closure on the adoption of green prevention and control technologies. This paper further studies and verifies the action path of two dimensions of the NFCC on farmers’ adoption of green prevention and control technology. The results have certain theoretical significance for expanding the knowledge of farmers’ green prevention and control technology behaviour and further enriching the research on farmers’ cognition.
Abstract:In this article, we present a simple design method for the plate foundation of a transmission tower in a mining area, which is based on the theory of beam rested on an elastic foundation. The corresponding theoretical model has been developed with the synergistic reaction of a composite protection plate by considering the mining subsidence of ground. On the basis of this model, the function of flexural deformation and the distribution function of bending moment of the protection plate and their corresponding base counterforce have been deduced. The analysis of selected example shows that the control bending moment of the protection plate is the maximum positive bending moment at the center of the cross section during the moving process of pelvic floor. The tilt deformation is minimum, when the tower is either at the bottom or at the verge of pelvic floor. The tilt deformation is maximum at one-fourth times of the length of pelvic floor and is away from the bottom and the verge of pelvic floor. The contact pressure between the plate foundation and the soil is similar to a U-shaped distribution, when the protection plate is in pelvic floor area of a positive (curvature) deformation, and it is a M-shaped distribution, when the protection plate is in pelvic floor area of a negative (curvature) deformation. We do not observe any change of the contact pressure at the midpoint of the protection plate during the moving process of the basin.
Grave protrusion coal seam tunnelling hydraulic cutting outburst prevention measure is a new technology in the world. The measure had been applied successfully to Jiaozuo Coal Group and run well. The mining areas of Heilongjiang are characterized by complex geological structures, more medium-thickness protrusion coal seam and abundant groundwater, on the basis of referring to technical parameters of the outburst prevention measures of Jiaozuo Coal Group, the outburst prevention mechanism of hydraulic cutting applied to medium-thickness protrusion coal seam was analyzed from the coal stress surrounding hole, internal forces of gas, stress concentrated zone and its moving speed, thickness of pressure released zone and intensity change of coal, and the feasibility of hydraulic cutting outburst prevention technique applied to Heilongjiang was verified. This provides theoretical basis for the technique applied to mining area of Heilongjiang Province.
Risk prediction refers to a measure that predicts and formulates countermeasures to prevent accidents from occurring during the work process and work results before work. With the development of the global economy, fresh agricultural products, as one of the agricultural products with the largest daily consumption, will have a serious impact once a problem occurs. The emergence of Internet of Things technology makes the supply of agricultural products in more forms to the market. This article analyzed the related literature about agricultural calendar year outsourcing research; the scholars have identified factors influencing the quality of security screening and classification, common process and characteristics of domestic agricultural products outsourcing, standing in the perspective of external environment and internal processes, from the natural environment of supply chain, the production processing, transportation, circulation, and marketing chain. The factors that may affect the quality and safety of fresh agricultural products were identified, and the risk assessment index system was finally determined. Then, the risk of risk index is evaluated from the perspective of six attributes of risk; that is, the risk of each risk index is considered from the possibility of occurrence, loss caused, infectivity, mitigation, controllability, and predictability, rather than just the possibility and loss of risk. Finally, the system evaluation data shows that the stability of the system is as high as about 80, indicating that the system has a good stability.
