Warehousing, as the basic link between the supply and demand side, plays a very important role in logistics activities. It is pointed out in the Logistics Warehouse Industry Blue Book that in the future, investment in high-end warehousing facilities will continue increasing. Capital will continue being gathered in core areas and backbone nodes, and the transformation to an informatized, comprehensive, professional and automated smart warehousing will be accelerated by modern logistics warehousing. A set of modular miniload has been developed in this project, breaking through the traditional mode of the existing logistics equipment integration market. Modular, lightweight, low-cost, low-energy-consumption, easy-operating and maintaining, adaptable, intelligent as well as three-dimensional box automation warehouse logistics automation solutions are developed.
In recent years, the process of expressway construction has been accelerating, and operators need to carry out daily maintenance of the expressway. At the same time, expressway belongs to fast driving space. High speed driving will create a blind area of vision for operators, seriously threaten the life safety of maintenance operators, and cause great damage to the life and property safety of road maintenance personnel, maintenance operators and drivers. Based on this, the team designed and developed an active safety warning robot and intelligent road cone for accompanying maintenance operation. The robot body integrates a number of technical equipment such as visible light camera, audible and visual alarm and collision early warning radar. The robot can not only push the early warning information, but also accept the collapse signal of intelligent road cone and push the multi-sensory early warning signal. The intelligent road cone is equipped with RFID chip and balance sensor, which can push the early warning signal according to the collapse. The early warning system can effectively solve the early warning problems for the safety of operators and social vehicles when out of control vehicles break into the maintenance area in the process of expressway maintenance.
Today's transportation industry is developing rapidly, and the demand for urban transportation is also rising. However, there are problems such as a low timeliness and intra-city delivery, and goods often arrive every other day; urban buses have more transportation capacity, while the empty car rate is high. Bus small parcel express is a passenger transport enterprise in which passenger station extension service like the residual capacity of passenger shuttle bus transportation is used to transport entrusted small items to passenger terminals and the destinations, which are finally delivered to the recipients. It can effectively solve problems including the waste of transportation and the low timeliness of transportation. An intelligent transportation system is proposed for urban buses and cross-city passenger transport in this paper, in which buses only need to stop at the prescribed parking positions to achieve automatic handling of goods, thus improving the satisfaction of logistics transport parties, customers and bus passenger transport companies.
