<p><em>This study aimed to determine the application of powerpoint-based scramble learning models in improving student learning outcomes in the field of study of the History of Islamic Culture Class VII One in Madrasah Tsanawiyah PP. Nurul Islam Kampung Baru. This research is a classroom action research, namely research that is practical, situational and contextual based on the problems that arise in learning activities in the field of study of the History of Islamic Culture in Madrasah Tsanawiyah PP. Nurul Islam Kampung Baru. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the implementation of learning the History of Islamic Culture by applying the powerpoint-based scramble learning model is carried out by steps namely: pre-learning, initial activities, core activities, and concluding. After applying the powerpoint-based scramble learning model in class VII One in Madrasah Tsanawiyah PP. Nurul Islam Kampung Baru shows there is an increase in student learning outcomes. This can be seen from, before the action of the class average reached 71.30 and only 9 students or 39.13% who achieved mastery learning, but in the first cycle, using the power point scramble learning model increased with an average the class reached 76.39 and there were 15 students or 65.22% who achieved mastery learning, and the increase continued in the second cycle with the class average reaching 85.74 and 22 students or 95.65% who achieved mastery learning.</em></p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Implementation, Scramble Model, Powerpoint, Learning Outcomes</em>
Keberhasilan seorang siswa juga merupakan keberhasilan seorang guru. Hal itu dikarenakan guru memiliki sebuah tanggung jawab atas keberhasilan anak didiknya. Keberhasilan siswa dapat dilihat dari keaktifannya dalam proses belajar mengajar. Sehubungan dengan mata pelajaran PAI yang lebih memerlukan penjelasan agar siswa lebih memahami materi yang disampaikan guru, metode metafora menjadi salah satu solusinya. Metode pembelajaran ini menjelaskan sesuatu dengan mengungkapan sesuatu yang lain dimana masih memiliki kedekatan sifat atau sesuatu yang ingin ditonjolkan. Selain untuk mendekatkan makna satu kata dengan kata yang lain, dengan menggunakan metode metafora akan dapat memberikan proyeksi animistis. Dengan memberikan proyeksi ini sesuatu yang mungkin tidak dapat dijelaskan atau sesuatu yang abstrak, akan menjadi lebih jelas dan konkret. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat peningkatan keaktifan belajar mata pelajaran PAI pada siswa kelas V melalui penerapan metode metafora berbantu media gambar. Hal ini dibuktikan sejak Pra Siklus nilai rata-rata keaktifan belajar siswa hanya 41,25%. Pada Siklus I nilai rata-rata keaktifan belajar siswa 61,25%. Pada Siklus II nilai rata-rata keaktifan belajar siswa naik menjadi 82,50%. Pada Siklus III nilai rata-rata keaktifan belajar siswa naik menjadi 95%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran metafora dapat meningkatkan keaktidan siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 013 Pulau Kalimanting Kecamatan Benai.
This research aims to find out about the problems of education quality faced by SD / MI in Kuantan Singingi Regency based on the results of the 2019 accreditation. The research was revealed in 97 schools/madrasah at SD/MI. It was designed as a qualitative descriptive research. Data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation. The findings show that the problems faced by schools/madrasah based on the achievements of the accreditation results in 2019 are on fulfilling the standards of educators, education personnel, educational facilities and infrastructure standards. Fulfillment of the standards of educators and educational staff including those related to academic qualifications of educators, educators’ certificates ownership, teachers’ educational suitability background and their teaching staff adequacy. Whereas the standard of facilities and infrastructure are related to the completeness of facilities and infrastructure such as: teacher's room, library, UKS, circulation, canteen ownership, and learning aids.
This study aims to understand prophetic leadership in realizing effective learning from the perspective of Kurt Lewin at pondok pesantren. This study uses a phenomenological approach, where the researcher tries to understand the meaning behind the phenomenon through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data sources of this research were obtained from the information submitted by the informants, the results of observations and documents, and the results of the study of several theories taken from reputable scientific books and journals. The data analysis was carried out circularly, from data collection, data presentation, and data reduction to concluding. The results of the study indicate that prophetic leadership in realizing effective learning from the perspective of Kurt Lewin at pondok pesantren is carried out through; first, unfreezing, which consists of changing motivation, feeling towards change, preparation for change; second, moving, namely the movement towards something new or the latest developments; third, refreezing maintains the change results. This study concludes that Kyai's prophetic leadership in making learning effective in Islamic boarding schools in the perspective of Kurt Lewin's change management must be carried out in a planned, systematic and earnest manner concerning the values of humanization, liberation, and transcendence, considering that change is intended to improve the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools. The research has implications for the importance of leaders in responding to the dynamics of existing changes, both internal to the organization and external to the organization.
The rise of radicalism, religious intolerance as well as violence in the name of religion in Indonesia over the last decade has concerned educational institutions, particularly Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. The Indonesian state ideology, or Pancasila, emphasizes living in harmony among religious communities. It can even be said that Indonesia has become an example for other nations in successfully dealing with cultural and religious diversity and is considered successful in religious harmony as well as in the state. Conflicts or social problems sometimes still arise, but we can always solve them and also get back the benefits of unity and unity as a nation that should be great. Religious moderation is the essence of religion and its implementation is needed to create harmony within and between religions. So the spirit of religious moderation is actually about finding common ground between the two extreme poles, whether the extreme right or ultraconservative or extreme left or ultraliberal. Moderation in the Islamic style assumes that Muslims can respond to differences in religion or their respective sects. From the point of view of religious moderation, practicing religion is the same as fulfilling state obligations, just as fulfilling state obligations is a form of practicing religious teachings. These indicators are in the form of a national commitment, non-violence, tolerance and adaptation through local culture.
