This article is the result of the reflection that is generated in relation to the processes of inclusion of students with barriers to learning in higher education, and focus on the aspects to consider when you have diverse population in the university classroom. To perform processes of inclusion in education involves not only to comply with the provisions of public policy, the inclusion process must ensure access to knowledge and the participation of all students on equal terms. To achieve a truly inclusive education, it is necessary to specify a series of actions that link aspects of character: Pedagogical, generating agreements in relation to the responsibilities, processes and but with the social responsibility that falls to each one of the entities involved in the educational sector mechanism of visibility; Didactics, related to the teaching and learning process; and Teacher Training, that responds to the recognition of diversity in the education system.
