In developing cities such as in Jakarta, there are a lot of vehicle parking locations that still use conventional methods, which can harm drivers and also parking area owners alike, the process is slow and unsafe, making many people around feel afraid to use parking locations that are still conventional, the conventional parking lots in Jakarta is too many, sometimes also make people have no other choice but to use unsecured parking lots, theft is the main factor that is difficult to avoid, especially in developing countries like Indonesia, which are not safe, and the location of the parking lot that is very open, makes a lot of opportunities which of course can be used by thieves or irresponsible people. Not only thieves, drivers who do not want to pay for parking, are also a problem for owners of parking lots. With the problems of these users, we plan to make modular parking applications that can be installed easily and cheaply, but because our group is not so large, there are several challenges that we face, such as time and requirements that can increase later, with thus we plan to make this parking application using the Extreme Programming method, which is possible and very suitable for the problems that our group is facing. The use of Extreme Programming turned out to be very helpful, and can also produce an application that matches the existing user stories.

Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan usaha yang ditujukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Persepsi Kebermanfaatan serta Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan dari model penelitian Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) terhadap pemakaian aplikasi mobile MatahariMall.com oleh pengguna yang berdampak pada tingkat Kecenderungan Penggunaan aplikasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu berupa kuisioner dengan jumlah responden hingga 50 responden. Pengujian ini berdasarkan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha pada masing-masing variabel yang juga berada di atas nilai r-tabel yang mengacu pada table distribusi dengan signifikan 5% yaitu 0,279. Artinya dari hasil total 50 responden terhadap pertanyaan ini dapat dipercaya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing faktor yaitu Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan memiliki dampak positif terhadap persepsi kebermanfaatan. Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan kebermanfaatan juga memiliki dampak positif pada kecenderungan penggunaan oleh para pengguna. Dari hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, dapat dilihat kecenderungan peningkatan penggunaan aplikasi oleh pengguna yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi tersebut.

This attendance application, leave application, and payroll can solve employee problems in absenteeism, leave application, and payroll. This web-based application for leave and payroll attendance requires PHP language and the waterfall model SDLC method with stages such as needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance to make a system as expected. The results of this study indicate that the attendance application for submitting leave and payroll based on this website can help employees in attendance, apply for leave, and payroll and can help the attendance recapitulation process can be fast so that the payroll process is not hampered. And the test results from the application that show attendance applications, leave applications, and website-based payroll are all functioning well without any problems or errors in the application so that it can be implemented in the organization. The conclusion of this study is that this website-based application for absenteeism and payroll applications can help overcome problems that exist in the company.
