Suatu penelitian pada ayam kampung unggul balitbangtan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari penggunaan kotoran sapi terfermentasi terhadap bobot badan, pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi ransum dan konvesi ransum. Penelitian ini menggunakan 64 ayam kampung unggul balitbangtan betina yang berumur 8 minggu. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan dimana tiap ualangan berisi 4 ekor ayam. Perlakuan yang dicobakan adalah R0: ransum komersial + 0% feses sapi terfermentasi (kontrol), r1: ransum komersial 90% + 10% feses sapi terfermentasi, r2: ransum komersial 80% + 20% feses sapi terfermentasi, r3: ransum komersial 70% + 30% feses sapi terfermentasi. Parameter yang diteliti adalah bobot badan, pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi ransum dan konversi ransum. Analisis Varians dan uji lanjut Duncan digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi dan konversi ransum. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah level substitusi feses sapi terfermentasi yang optimal bagi peningkatan pertumbuhan ayam kampung unggul balitbangtan betina fase pertumbuhan sebelum pubertas adalah 10%. A study on Balitbangtan superior village chickens aims to determine the impact of the use of fermented cow feces on body weight, body weight gain, ration consumption and ration conversion. The study used 64 Balitbangtan superior female chickens aged 8 weeks. The experimental design used was a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 4 replications where each replication contained 4 chickens. The treatments tried were R0: commercial ration + 0% fermented cow feces (control), R1: 90% commercial ration + 10% fermented cow feces, R2: 80% commercial ration + 20% fermented cow feces, R3: 70% commercial ration + 30% fermented cow feces. The variables studied were body weight, body weight gain, ration consumption and ration conversion. Analysis of Variance and Duncan's Multiple Range Test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the treatment had a significant effect (P<0.05) on body weight gain, ration consumption and ration conversion. In summary, the optimal substitution level of fermented feces for increasing the growth of Balitbangtan superior native chickens before puberty is 10%.
This study was conducted to examine the effect of adding boiled betel leaf and guava leaf in drinking water to the broiler chicken carcass production. As much 96 broilers strain CP 707 produced by PT Charoen Pokphan Indonesia. The experimental design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 6 replications. The treatments consisted of T0: Dringking water without boiled betel leaf and guava leaf, T1: Dringking water + boiled betel leaf as much as 50 mL per liter of dringking water, T2: Dringking water + boiled guava leaf as much as 50 mL per liter of dringking water, T3: Dringking water + boiled mixture of 25 mL boiled betel leaf + 25 mL boiled guava leaf per liter of dringking water. Result of the study showed that the treatment had no significant effect (P>0,05) on slaughtering weight, carcass percentage, non-carcass percentage and abdominal fat percentage of broiler chicken. Based on the result of this study, it can be concluded that the addition of boiled betel leaf 50 mL per liter of dringking water, guava leaf 50 mL per liter of dringking water and the addition of a mixture of 25 mL boiled betel leaf + 25 mL boiled guava leaf per liter of dringking water, gives the same effect on the parameters measured.
Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui korelasi bobot badan ayam KUB dari umur 4 minggu sampai 10 minggu yang diberi pakan tepung feses sapi terfermentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan DOC Ayam KUB. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Pakan perlakuan terdiri dari R0=kontrol, R1=10% tepung feses sapi terfermentasi, R2=20% tepung feses sapi terfermentasi, R3=30% tepung feses sapi terfermentasi. Variabel yang diukur yaitu bobot badan ayam KUB umur 4, 6, 8 dan 10 minggu. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dan data korelasi bobot badan menggunakan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan tepung feses sapi terfermentasi dalam ransum memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (P<0,05) terhadap sifat pertumbuhan bobot badan dari umur 4 minggu sampai10 minggu, rataan bobot badan tertinggi pada R1 dengan level tepung feses sapi terfermentasi 10%. Korelasi bobot badan yang tinggi diperoleh antara bobot badan 8 minggu dengan bobot badan 10 minggu. Tepung feses sapi terfermentasi dapat mensubstitusi ransum basal sampai level 30%, dengan level terbaik 10%. Adanya hubungan yang sangat erat (Positif tinggi) antar kelompok umur dari semua perlakuan dan seleksi terhadap bobot badan dapat dilakukan umur 4 minggu. ABSTRACT The purpose of research is to find out the correlation body weights of KUB chickens from 4 weeks to 10 weeks of age fed fermented cow feces flour (FCFF). This study used DOC KUB chicken. The study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replicates. The treatment feed consisted of R0= control, R1 = control + 10% FCFF, R2= control + 20% FCFF, R3= control + 30% FCFF. The variables measured were the body weight of KUB chickens aged 4, 6, 8and 10 weeks. Data were analyzed using ANOVA (SPSS) and subsequently, body weight correlation data using correlation analysis. The results showed that the use of FCFF has a real effect (P<0,05) on growth characteristics from the age of 4 weeks to 10 weeks, a high body weight correlation was obtained between body weight at 8 weeks of age and 10 weeks old body weight. The FCFF can replace the basal ration up to level 30%, with the best level of 10%. There is a close relationship (high positive) in all treatments and age group every week. Selection of body weight can be done at the age of 4 weeks.
