In this article, the analysis of the field experiments conducted in the Tashkent province, which was aimed at improving the technology of high-quality production, and economic efficiency of peanuts in the conditions of the typical gray soil and climate, was given. In the field experiments, the effect of Microzym-2 biostimulator on growth, development, yield elements, yield and seed quality of local peanut varieties “Salomat” (standard) and “Mumtoz” was studied. Accordingly, before sowing of peanut seeds, the biostimulator Microzym-2 was applied at a rate of 30 l/t, as result the yield of legumes was 1.4 t/ha higher in “Salomat” (standard) and 1.1 t/ha higher in the class “Mumtoz” than in the control variant (11.7 t/ha). When peanut varieties were supplemented with mineral fertilizers N150P150K100 kg/ha, and treated with Microzym-2 biostimulator before the sowing and during the flowering periods, 29.3 q/ha of “Salomat” variety and 33.2 q/ha of “Mumtoz” harvest were obtained. It was found that Microzym-2 biostimulator in sowing peanuts was cost-effective.
Peanut grasses are less demanding to moisture from formation to flowering and therefore one watering is sufficient during this period. Soil moisture LFMC from flowering to ripening should not be less than 70% and the rate of irrigation should be 700-1000 m3/ha. The seasonal irrigation norm is 4000-5000 m3/ha. The number of irrigations during the growing season is 4-5. During the growing season of peanuts, the crop is kept free from weeds, weeding, loosening of row spacing and formation of soil around the bush when gynophores are formed. The purpose of the study was to select fast-ripening, high-yielding foreign peanut varieties and samples suitable for the conditions of typical gray soils of Tashkent province in Uzbekistan, optimal planting times of local varieties, feeding standards with mineral fertilizers, irrigation regime and biostimulator application technology and scientifically substantiate its impact on the level of fatness. The increase in the number and rate of irrigation of peanuts has a positive effect on the acceleration of its physiological processes and the prolongation of the growing season. When the irrigation of the “Salomat” variety was carried out in the order of 70-75-65% compared to the LFMC, the ripening period was extended by 7-10 days and amounted to 165-167 days. Irrigation of “Salomat” variety was carried out in the order of 70-75-65% compared to LFMC, with the application of mineral fertilizers in the amount of N200P150K100 kg/ha, the yield of legumes was 29.6 q/ha, in “Mumtoz” variety - 34.0 q/ha.
It is known that two varieties of wheat are grown in Uzbekistan. Common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and durum wheat (Triticum durum L.) are cultivated in the main part of wheat fields. Durum wheat varieties included in the State Register in Uzbekistan are mainly spring and duvarak. Considering this feature and the high quality of the grain, the purchase price is 30-50% more expensive than that of common wheat, they fully meet the needs of the ever-growing macaroni-confectionery industry. Durum wheat grain is the main raw material used in the preparation of pasta and pasta products, as well as in the confectionery industry. In this case, high technological quality of durum wheat grain is required. In the next two years, the purchase price of durum and common wheat grain in the world increased significantly. Therefore, expansion of durum wheat cultivation areas in different soil and climate conditions, improvement of agrotechnology of care, obtaining high and quality grain harvest are urgent issues.
