Highlights d hPSC-derived neuromesodermal progenitors generate functional NMOs in 3D d Functional NMJs are generated in NMOs supported by terminal Schwann cells d NMOs contract and develop central pattern generator-like circuits d NMOs can be used to model key aspects of myasthenia gravis
In the originally published version of our manuscript, in the Method Details subsection ''In vitro generation of NMPs from human pluripotent stem cells'' in the STAR Methods, there was an error in concentration. We mistakenly listed ''40 mg/ml BSA fraction V (Sigma)'' when we should have listed ''75 mg/ml BSA fraction V (Sigma).'' A second error in concentration appeared in the Method Details subsection ''Microelectrode array (MEA) recording and analysis'' in which we mistakenly listed ''50 mM NMDA'' when we should have listed ''10 mM NMDA.'' This second error in concentration was also duplicated three times in the legend to Figure 6, once in the description for (F) and twice in the description for (G).All instances of these erroneous listings have now been replaced with the correct concentrations in the online version of our manuscript. We apologize for the oversight and for any resulting confusion.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
