This research focuses on developing a quality model for semantic Information System (IS) standards. A lot of semantic IS standards are available in different industries. Often these standards are developed by a dedicated organization. While these organizations have the goal of increasing interoperability, there is no way to determine the quality of such a standard. This research will provide quality attributes relevant to semantic IS standards. A theoretical grounded model is created and validated by 19 experts through a survey. Based on these findings a quality model to assess the quality of semantic IS standards has been constructed.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
