Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar pendapatan usaha Tape Singkong Desa Kolam Gang Tape Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. mengkaji saluran pemasaran usaha Tape Singkong Desa Kolam Gang Tape Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Dan menganalisis kelayakan usaha Tape Singkong Desa Kolam Gang Tape Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Metode pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh atau sensus. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan analisis pendapatan, R/C, B/C, dan Analisis Deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi tape singkong dengan bungkus plastik rata-rata 64kg/hari dengan harga Rp.8.000/kg. Sedangkan produksi tape singkong dengan bungkus daun rata-rata 655kg/hari dengan harga Rp. 400,00/bungkus. Penerimaan sebesar Rp 746.133,33/hari dengan rata-rata biaya produksi Rp. 358.526,22/hari dan pendapatannya sebesar Rp.387.607,11/ hari dalam satu kali produksi. Saluran pemasaran yang terdapat di Desa Kolam Gang Tape Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang hanya ada satu satu saluran yaitu pengusaha ke pengecer lalu ke konsumen.
Tanaman kelor dapat ditanam pada tanah-tanah dengan kondisi yang miskin unsur hara dan lahan-lahan yang bersifat masam yang keberadaannya di Indonesia diperkirakan sekitar 33.4-39.4 juta. Pengunaan pupuk kandang dapat meningkatkatkan kesuburan tanah dan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman karna pupuk kandang ayam mengandung unsur hara makro (Ca, P, N, K dan C) dan unsur hara mikro (Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn, Se, dan Mo) dalam jumlah cukup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bagian dari batang tanaman kelor yang paling optimal untuk dijadikan sebagai bahan tanam dilahan masam dengan mengunakan pupuk kandang yang tepat dosis/takaran. Penelitian ini mengunakan RAK Faktorial dengan dua perlakuan, perlakuan asal bagian stek tanaman (bagian batang, bagian bawah dan bagian atas) sedangkan perlakuan pupuk kandang ayam terdiri dari 0 /ha, 5 ton/ha, 10 ton/ha dan 15 ton/ha dengan 3 ulangan. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan kedepannya dapat menemukan asal batang kelor dan dosis pupuk kandang ayam yang tepat.
This study aims to determine whether factors of education, number of dependents, experience, level of income, and age affect the productivity of oil palm harvest workers in PT. LONSUM Lima Puluh Regency of Batu Bara. 2). To find out how much productivity the oil palm harvester labor in PT. LONSUM Fifty Batubara Regency.This type of research is a study case (case study). Simple random sampling technique is a sampling that provides the same opportunity to every member who is in a population to be sampled. Data collection methods are primary data obtained directly from farmers and secondary data obtained from relevant agencies such as offices at PT. LONSUM Fifty. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.Results of the study 1. From the results of the statistical tests simultaneously it was obtained that the variable number of responsibilities, experience, income and age had a significant or significant effect on the productivity of harvest employees, while the education level variable had no partial effect on the productivity of harvest employees. 2. Partially only the number of dependents, income and age variables significantly influence labor productivity while the variables, education level and experience do not significantly influence employee productivity. 3. It is known that the FFB Production Value / month is 2,646 bunches / month with a total of 26 working days. Then the level of productivity of employees harvested per day is 101 bunches / Hk.

This report is written with a qualitative approach .Design research is a case study , by a unit analysis balai agricultural counseling .This study will design model transformation balai agricultural counseling who able to perform in the management of innovation in order to strengthen food security national .Programs established agricultural counseling the kecamatan level , bpp as the agricultural information facility , institutional development at the bpp farmers , bpp function as a place for training overall in kabupaten dairi in the category of good.
