The purpose of this article is to identify the promising areas of digitalization in the work of industrial enterprises at the national and regional level. The study was conducted on the basis of industrial enterprises of the Republic of Mordovia using the methods of a systematic approach, comparative and strategic analysis, mathematical statistics, etc. As a result, we assessed the impact of the digital transformation of the economy on the development of industrial enterprises in Russia and the Republic of Mordovia, changes in the efficiency of enterprises associated with the expansion of the use IT, the degree of satisfaction of enterprises with the use of specific tools of information and communication technologies, etc. Spearman’s rank linear correlation demonstrates positive and negative effects of ICT using the industrial enterprises. The novelty and practical value of the obtained results consists in the fact that confirmed research hypotheses reflect both specific regional factors and systemic nationwide problems of digitalization of the Russian industry, automation of business process, allow us to outline the priority areas of digital transformation of business models not only of the studied enterprises industry of the region, but also the non-resource sector of the industry in general.
In the modern market economy, active use of scientific and technological progress, creation of high-tech products requires appropriate capacities and development of infrastructure, the presence of modern technology, advanced manufacturing, know-how and high-tech engineering services. The level of engineering services today defines and prerequisites improving the competitiveness of the national economy and an important competitive advantage for the government. Despite the fairly good theoretical work on engineering services development, today there is no detailed methodological basis of management, formation and development of engineering in countries with emerging market economies. In this regard, in the study an attempt is made to synthesize the theory and practice of market development of engineering services on the example of the Russian Federation. This focuses on the development and market forecasting of engineering. In a study a deep analysis of the theory and practice of development of Russian market of engineering services is made, the main trends and challenges of this market in close coordination with the global trends are identified, classification and segmentation of the global and Russian market of engineering services is carried out, the author's approach to the interpretation of "complex engineering services" is proposed, the reasonable forecast and recommendations for the development of the engineering market for the period up to 2022 is prepared.
At present time, product positioning, research and analysis of external and internal environment factors that influence the competitive positioning of an enterprise are a necessary attribute of marketing for a modern company. The relevance of the material considered in the article, devoted to competitive positioning of the enterprise, is determined by the fact that the publication presents the results of research on the competitive positioning of products of one of the leading enterprise of the alcohol industry in Russia based on the use of modern methods of marketing analysis. The designated features of the process competitive positioning. The use of analytical marketing tools allowed us to analyze and to complete of experience competitive positioning of certain segments alcoholic products of LVZ «Saransky». The purpose of the research is complete of successful experience competitive positioning of the enterprise based on the analysis its development for positioning and promotion of alcoholic products on the marcet. The tasks of this work involve the analysis of external and internal environment factors that affect the choice of competitive positioning strategies for alcoholic products of the enterprise; research of the processes of strategic competitive positioning of the main types of alcoholic products of LVZ «Saransky»; assessment of the effectiveness of competitive positioning of alcoholic products of the enterprise. The results of the research are that by analysis of competitive positioning, using various marketing tools (analysis of the macro and micro environment of the enterprise, building maps of the positioning of the main types of products enterprise and its competitors, conducting segmentation analysis on various parameters, etc.), is revealed the practice of successful experience of competitive positioning and promotion of alcoholic products of the enterprise on the market of the Republic of Mordovia.
Introduction. The global and dynamic spread of trends in the digitalization of the economy and society has an increasing impact on the development of enterprises in all industries in the world, including in Russia. The impact of economic sanctions does not eliminate the need for the digital transformation of Russian business. It is especially important for the industrial sector, the largest segment of the Russian economy, to adapt to ongoing digitalization processes and new challenges. The purpose of the article is to identify modern global trends in the digital transformation of industry and the most relevant areas for the development of business models of industrial companies. Materials and Methods. The study includes a critical analysis of publications by leading Russian and foreign researchers, as well as international organizations. It is based on the results of a survey of large, medium and small enterprises representing various industries in the regions of the Russian Federation. Methods of comparative analysis, classification, differentiation, quantitative and qualitative analysis of results, empirical methods of data collection were used. The methods used made it possible to identify the goals, directions, problems and prospects of digital transformation of business models in the industry of the Russian Federation, taking into account industry and regional factors. Results. The paper studies the current global trends in the digitalization of the economy, their impact on the digital transformation of business and the development of new business models. The key interests of Russian industrial companies in the field of digitalization (goals, directions, areas for the introduction of digital technologies, achieved and expected competitive advantages), as well as the prospects for digital transformation of business models, are identified. Discussion and Conclusion. The study showed the priority of introducing new generation operational business models, as well as the importance of factors of digital maturity of enterprises and interregional partnership for their development. The results of the research presented in the article may be in demand by business leaders when developing programs and plans for digital transformation, as well as useful for the formation of a regional policy of digitalization of industry.
