Acid phosphatase production was carried out by Trichoderma spp. using treated soybean molasses at different concentrations. Results showed higher acid phosphatase activity when the soybean molasses concentration increased for the microorganisms Trichoderma harzianum and Trichoderma reesei. The acid phosphatase activity performance of Trichoderma asperellum was also evaluated. In general, the polyethyleneimine glyoxyl agarose support showed much better performance and final recovery of activity than DEAE Toyopearl 650s.
