This study aims to measure the variables of food quality, service quality, atmospherics, other customers, and positive & negative emotions on customer loyalty. An empirical study was conducted by distributing a questionnaire to 150 respondents who are De Soematra 1910 Restaurant Surabaya customers. The results of the analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) are positive. Meanwhile, other customers variable has a negative effect. Furthermore, positive and negative emotion variables have an effect on loyalty. Based on these findings, restaurant owners need to improve the quality of food and services such as fresh food events and present them in an interesting way. In addition, service enhancements should be delivered professionally and friendliness has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This study aims to determine the effect of perceived service quality, perceived value, destination image, attitude to visiting behavior, tourist satisfaction on tourist loyalty of Teluk Hijau beach in Banyuwangi, East Java tourists. Teluk Hijau beach is one of the tourist attractions in Banyuwangi, which is known as a hidden paradise. It has a green bay with a unique form of white sand that can spoil the tourists’ eyes and has more tourists than other beaches in Banyuwangi. This research is based on causal research, which was tested empirically using questionnaire data from 150 respondents. The research analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SPSS 18 and AMOS 22 software. The results show that perceived service quality and perceived value have a significant effect on destination image, and destination image, attitude to visiting behavior, and tourist satisfaction have a significant effect on tourist loyalty.
This study aims to discuss the orchestration of resources in MSME in accordance with the implementation of ISO 9001 standards and the improvement of product competitiveness. By using case study research approach at MSME footwear in East Java, the results obtained are the information on how the company is orchestrating its resources from the early stages toward the growth stage by means of the certification program of ISO 9001. In the early stages, the company owner has lots of activity of routine work and is only reactive to the problems occurred, but after applying ISO 9001, the owner finds that the management of the company is more coordinated, and controlled. Besides, the company has more activities to develop including establishing communication and maintaining relationships with the customers.
