ABSTRAKDosen mempunyai fungsi, peran, dan kedudukan yang sangat strategis dalam upaya mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Dosen sebagai pendidik profesional tidak cukup hanya memiliki keterampilan, pengetahuan dan kemampuan. Namuh harus memiliki etika kerja yang Islami agar dapat memberikan hasil kerja (kinerja) yang lebih bernilai sesuai dengan standar yang dipersyaratkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh etika kerja Islami dan etika kerja Islami terhadap kinerja dosen. Dugaan awal yang diajukan adalah dan etika kerja Islami berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen. Objek penelitian adalah dosen tetap yang mengajar di Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah Medan. Jumlah sampel ditetapkan 47 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah random sampling. Jenis penelitian yang dipilih adalah penelitian assosiaitif dengan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan pengukuran berdasarkan skala Likert. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji koefisien deterrminasi (uji R Square). Data diolah dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS versi 17.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian, uji regresi menghasilkan persamaan Y= 92.008+ 0,731xEtika Kerja Islami. Hasil uji t Etika kerja Islami berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen di Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al-Washliyah Medan. Etika kerja Islami dapat menjelaskan kinerja dosen sebesar 46.1% sisanya 53.9% dipengaruhi variabel ain di luar penelitian ini. Lecturers as professional educators are not enough to only have the skills, knowledge and abilities. However, they must have an Islamic work ethics so can provide work results (performance) that are more valuable base on the required standards.The purpose of the study is to find out how the influence of Islamic work ethics on the performance of lecturers. The initial guess that was put forward was that Islamic work ethics had a positive effect on the performance of lecturers. The object of the research was permanent lecturers who taught at the Muslim University of Nusantara Al-Washliyah Medan. The number of samples was set at 47 people. The sampling technique is random sampling. The type of research chosen is assosiaitif research with a quantitative method approach. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with measurements based on a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test and deterrmination coefficient test (R Square test). A development must start from the human factor, namely education, organization and discipline. Therefore, aspects and problems of education are the most important elements that must be addressed immediately so that national development goals can be better achieved. One area that needs attention in the field of education development is the village of Kotasan located in Galang District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. The majority of the population is educated middle to lower causing most of the population is still living from the agricultural sector. Seeing the existing phenomena and if this condition is allowed to continue then it is feared that the welfare of the community will lead to worse conditions. So with this dedication the team will try to find solutions to educational problems that are more beneficial for the Kotasan village community. This service aims to: 1). Designing teacher working groups in applying scientific learning, 2). Designing the learning process using a scientific learning model based on Islamic character education, 3). Designing learning material that will be applied by teachers in scientific learning based on Islamic character education. The method used in this service is coaching techniques. Expected outputs from this dedication are ISSN journals, mass media and activity videos. In the process of character evaluation in every aspect, in general get a value, namely (1) Honesty as much as 90%, (2) Discipline as much as 80%, and (3) confidence as much as 85%. Then in the process of character evaluation in each aspect of points in particular there are 10 points get a value, namely: (1) honest in action 78%, (2) honest in words 80%, (3) admit mistakes 70%, (4) wake up on time morning 83%, (5) prayer 5 time 90%, (6) diligently praying 84%, (7) attending ceremonies and on time 63%, (8) gathering assignments on time 72%, (9) able to be a leader for example Imam prays 74%, and (10) 80% practice test.
This community service was conducted in Medan Sinembah Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. Based on the the research results, information was obtained that in general the community faces several problems regarding economic empowerment, one of which is their lack of ability from the aspect of science and technology to make their home gardens more productively. The purpose of this community service is to provide direction and socialization for the community through women from Family Welfare Empowerment regarding vegetable cultivation using the Tabulampot method (Planting Fruits in Pots) so that they are more motivated and proactive to solve the economic problems they are facing. The benefits that are expected from this community service activity are the people can use the land around their home yards for more productive results and at the same time can make it a valuable experience in entrepreneurship. At least vegetable cultivation using the tabulampot method, a group of families can save household costs by no longer buying vegetables to meet their daily needs. The methods used in this activity are as follows: (1) Focus Group Discussion (FGD), (2) Lecture method, and (3) Demonstration method. The expected outcome of this community service is an increase in the knowledge and technology possessed by the community about vegetable cultivation using the tabulampot method.
This study aims to analyze the role of employee performance at the Distribution Center of PT. Indomarco Prismatama Medan Branch based on discipline and work environment. This study used a quantitative research methodology. The 54 participants in this study were all workers at the Distribution Center PT. Indomarco Prismatama Medan Branch. Saturated sampling is the technique employed. Due to the 54 employees who work at the Distribution Center PT. Indomarco Prismatama Medan Branch, all of the employees are used as research subjects. Observation, documentation studies, and questionnaires were the data collection methods employed. Multiple linear regression using the statistical product software solution (SPSS) program is the analytical approach used in this study. The findings of the study demonstrate that, at the Distribution Center of PT. Indomarco Prismatama Medan Branch, discipline has a favorable and significant impact on staff performance. The work environment at the Distribution Center PT. Indomarco Prismatama Medan Branch has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Employee performance in the Distribution Center of PT. Indomarco Prismatama's Medan Branch is positively and significantly impacted by discipline and the work environment. The adjusted R square value for the coefficient of determination in this study was 0.811, which indicates that the factors of discipline and work environment may account for 81.9% of employee performance.
