Four species of the family Polycentropodidae –Plectrocnemia baculifera, P. kusnezovi, Paranyctiophylax hjangsanchonus and Polyplectropus nocturnus– are recorded from Korea. Polyplectropus nocturnus is newly recorded from the Korean peninsula. The other three species are recorded from the Republic of Korea for the first time.
The leptocerid caddisfly genus Oecetis (Trichoptera: Leptoceridae) is reviewed in Korea. It includes four species newly recorded from the Korean Peninsula: Oecetis dilata Yang and Morse, Oe. notata (Rambur), Oe. caucula Yang and Morse, and Oe. antennata (Martynov), and three species newly recorded from South Korea, Oe. nigropunctata (Ulmer), Oe. testacea kumanskii Yang and Morse, and Oe. yukii Tsuda. The female of Oe. antennata (Martynov) is described for the first time. Male and female keys to the Korean Oecetis species, synonyms, redescriptions, diagnoses, distributions, taxonomic remarks, and illustrations of diagnostic characters are provided.
This study attempted to identify the characteristics of transfer trips between subways and buses in Daegu city and to analyze various impact factors that influence the number of transfer trips using a multiple regression analysis. Based on the results, this study aims to propose some policy implications to improve the operation efficiency of a transit center. As a result, it is found that the number of transfer trips is inversely proportional to transfer time, while directly proportional to the number of connected bus routes, subway's spatial location, and bus route connection index. Specifically, it is found that the number of transfer trips are mostly affected by bus route connection index.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
