In 1925, Zoeller (39) described a skin reaction, >)l'anatoxi-renctioncc, after i. c. injection of 0.2 ml. of a 1:100 dilution of diphtheria toxoid. Positive reaction, consisting of redness and infiltration on the site of injection, appeared in the course of one to three days, after which it faded and disappeared.
