The relevance of the present study is attributable to the importance of the problem of economic development of Russian territories from the point of view of the retrospective territorial and sector approach, which has currently become widespread. In this respect, the article is aimed at studying and summarizing the cluster approach experience, which allows developing tourism in Russian regions. The authors of the following article focus on the processes occurring in tourist territories in the context of the Federal Target Program (FTP) "Development of Domestic and Incoming Tourism in the Russian Federation". In this regard, the main attention is focused on the best regional practices of cluster development and on the Kuzbass Region as the most original example. The underlying approach to the study of the problem was the allocation of the two key models of cluster formation in tourism: infrastructure and synergistic. The article reveals the elements of cluster policy, identifies the sources of funding for projects, and justifies the role of public-private partnership. The materials of this article are of practical value for the regional government entities, business and academic community.
Subject. This article analyzes the quality of services provided and methods for improving it at tourist enterprises of Greater Moscow, focused on business tourists travel. Objectives. The article aims to develop recommendations to improve the quality of the services provided in Greater Moscow for business travelers to polish up the the city's image as a center for business events. Methods. For the study, we used the methods of multivariate analysis, forecasting, and extrapolation. Results. The article proposes a developed set of basic measures to improve the quality of services for business travelers. Conclusions. The results obtained are a necessary basis for the development of the image of Moscow as a center for business events and the development of a business tourism cluster in Greater Moscow.
Subject. This article explores the issues of business tourism clustering in Greater Moscow. Objectives. The article intends to justify the need to create a business tourism cluster in Greater Moscow to improve the investment climate in the region. Methods. For the study, I used a multivariate analysis, forecasting, and extrapolation. Results. The article shows a certain relationship between the efficient functioning of the business tourism cluster and the economy's development. Conclusions and Relevance. Certain types of tourist clusters can serve as platforms for attracting investors and implementing marketing plans. The business tourism cluster is a link between buyers and sellers in various industries. The results of the study can be used to improve the effectiveness of the cluster initiative in business tourism, as well as find ways of cooperation between the State and private investors when creating the business tourism cluster in Greater Moscow.
