Traveling is something people with disabilities love just as much as other tourists. The World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) predicts 1.8 billion international visitor arrivals globally by 2030, with people with disabilities contributing a portion of that figure. We could better understand the factors influencing People with Disabilities (PWDs) travel choices as a consequence of our study. Aside from that, this research investigated the influence of travel agents on travel choices. This research also looks at the ineffectiveness of current policies to enhance the accessibility of facilities for disabled visitors. This study's outcomes might be helpful in both the short and long term. In the short term, an accessible strategy may reconcile the requirements of disabled users with the limits of the current situation and the limited resources available. In the long term, this study would give a more comprehensive strategy to encourage restructuring and overhauling the hospitality and tourist sectors with equitable access for Malaysians. Apart from recovering tourism industries after the COVID-19 epidemic, it is a new chance to expand the number of travellers.
Malaysian family businesses are not easily identifiable, yet the subject still has its desirability as the studies are being conducted with scattered information related to the phenomenon which can give a good idea about its magnitude. After the impact of covid-19, digital transformation is treated as a necessity for the family as it is always being in the back of their mind, to begin with. However, there are always internal issues prevailing in the family business, although the sector contributes the most especially to the economy and society in this nation. As such, this research has attempted to understand the performance of the family business in Malaysia with two case studies as examples at end of this discussion.
The purpose of this study is to examine the antecedents of leadership satisfaction among teachers in Malaysian secondary schools. All variables were measured using 7-point interval scale: school leadership satisfaction (6 items) and overall job's satisfaction (4 items) as the endogenous variable, school infrastructure satisfaction (6 items) and satisfaction on teacher's duties (6 items) as exogenous variables. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 teachers based on a random sampling method. The data was input into SPSS 14 and exploratory factor analysis result shows that the school leadership satisfaction and overall job satisfaction were combined as one variable which is named as leadership satisfaction. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS 16. The result shows that the goodness of fit indices of structural equation model are adequate at GFI=0.902, P-Value=0.349, RMSEA=0.024 and ratio (cmin/df)=1.056. The finding supports one significant direct effect in the revised model, thus supporting the hypothesis regarding school infrastructure satisfaction is positively related to leadership satisfaction (β=0.88, cr=4.404, p<0.001). The result is discussed in the perspective of teacher's satisfaction towards school leadership.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
