Introduction Inappropriate use of medicine is a serious public health issue. Malaysia launched Know Your Medicine (KYM) campaign in 2007 to promote the appropriate use of medicines (AUOM). However, little studies were done to evaluate the extent of awareness level towards the campaign and AUOM among Sarawak population. Objective To explore the awareness level of consumers on the KYM campaign and on the AUOM in the state of Sarawak, Malaysia. Methods A cross‐sectional survey was conducted from June to August 2015 using a structured self‐administered questionnaire adapted from the National Survey on the Use of Medicines III. Convenient sampling was done to sample a minimum of 78 respondents from each zone with equal distribution between rural and urban areas, which inclusive of the southern zone (Kuching division), central zone (Sibu division) and northern zone (Bintulu and Miri divisions). Data analysis was conducted with IBM SPSS (v21.0). Results There were a total of 267 respondents, with 49.1 and 50.9% from urban and rural population respectively. Only 32.8 and 19.9% of respondents from urban and rural, respectively, had attended the KYM activities (P < 0.05). For awareness on the AUOM, urban respondents had a significantly higher proportion of recognising generic and brand name of medicine (73.3 versus 39.7%, P < 0.001). However, both groups reported poor awareness of proper disposal of medicines (<25%). Conclusion Approximately half of the respondents were not aware of the KYM campaign. Urban population was found more knowledgeable about appropriate use of medicines. Efforts to disseminate the information especially among rural population should be strengthened through adopting the most accessible media channels.

Malaysia and Indonesia are traditionally neighboring countries in ASEAN and sharing a historical background, language, culture, and religion. It is undeniable fact that Malaysia-Indonesia relations are often influenced by current national issues such as water territorial, Indonesian immigrants, national product, and others.  Reviews These issues always sparked conflicts and Provoked various actions from Indonesians and dieting. Normally, Indonesians are more sensitives compared with dieting when faced with this situation as well. This article focuses on knowledge and understanding of X and Y Indonesian generation on Malaysia-Indonesia bilateral relations. This article incorporates the qualitative method with primary data obtained through a questionnaire distributed amongst respondents. Respondents are consisted of UIN's first-degree students and staff s and were selected by purposive sampling. Apart from that, focus group discussion and interview session was held to get a view from respondents. This article found that X and Y Indonesian generations have a good understanding of Malaysia. They are also usually aware of the importance of Malaysia-Indonesia bilateral relations. In addition, they acknowledged Malaysia as an essential country for Indonesia's present interest. Respondents also showed high sensitivity regarding competition between Malaysia and Indonesia. The important finding of this writing is both generations s acknowledge the fact that they are closest neighboring country and a good relationship should be maintained in facing the global challenge

Berdasarkan Standar Nasional Pendidikan Kedokteran yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Riset Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi mensyarakatkan bahwa perguruan tinggi yang akan membuka program studi kedokteran wajib membentuk Fakultas Kedokteran. Universitas Negeri Gorontalo sejak tahun 2019 telah resmi membuka program studi kedokteran. Sebagai program studi yang baru terbentuk masih memerlukan banyak sarana dan prasarana termasuk gedung fakultas untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar di lingkungan program studi kedokteran Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini disusun yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain gedung Fakultas Kedokteran menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur behavior. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data primer dan sekunder melalui hitungan matematis kebutuhan ruang pengguna bangunan dan proyeksi ke depan yang selanjutnya di analisis dalam bentuk konsep perancangan yang akan menghasilkan desain bagunan Fakultas Kedokteran. Konsep desain dititik beratkan pada fungsi dan perilaku pengguna bangunan yang dikuatkan dengan prinsip behaviour (privacy, personal space, dan teritorialitas).
