To analyze on the influence of environment factors on the safety of food supply chain, this paper selects some crucial environment factors based on the influence mechanism of environmental factors to producer's food security behavior in supply chain. Taken fruit and vegetable supply chain as a example, a multi-agent simulation model has been established, in which, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the current food supervision measures are needed to be specified further; (2) improvement on technical factors can help upgrade Chinese food security level.
