The phenomenon of natural disasters has been felt in recent years and has become a global concern. This concern occurs because, the intensity of natural disasters that are increasingly frequent in various parts of the world lately, taking many victims both human, property, and other lives. Religions (including the church), however, have an essential calling and responsibility in dealing with the problem of the victims of the disaster. However, today's reality shows that religions (as well as internal church) are still involved and struggling in classical debates about teachings (dogma) about who God is: about his name, which God or religion is true, or what God teaches in which religion or church which is considered correct. Abstrak Fenomena bencana alam sangat terasa dalam beberapa tahun terakhir sampai-sampai menjadi perhatian dunia. Hal ini terjadi karena, intensitas benca-na alam yang semakin sering terjadi di berbagai belahan dunia termasuk di Indonesia akhir-akhir ini, bahkan mengakibatkan banyak korban yang berja-tuhan, selain kehilangan harta benda. Melihat fenomena ini gereja memiliki panggilan dan tanggung jawab yang hakiki dalam dalam menangani korban bencana tersebut. Namun, realitas yang terjadi adalah Agama-agama lain bahkan gereja masih saja terlibat dalam berbagai perdebatan mengenai siapa Tuhan itu, mengenai nama-Nya, Agama mana yang benar, ataupun ajaran Tuhan dari agama atau gereja mana yang dianggap benar.
Abstract. Suffering can make people begin to doubt and question the existence of God. Why did suffering occur in the world He created himself? These questions need to be answered through reasoning, although it is recognized that human reason is limited in finding the overall truth. The method used in this research was literature study. Through this study it was found that faith cannot be separated from ratio. Irrational faith will cause humans to fall into a fatalistic attitude when experiencing suffering.Abstrak. Penderitaan dapat membuat manusia mulai ragu-ragu dan mempertanyakan keberadaan Tuhan. Mengapa penderitaan terjadi di dunia yang Ia ciptakan sendiri? Pertanyaan tersebut perlu dijawab melalui penalaran, meskipun diakui bahwa akal manusia terbatas untuk menemukan kebenaran yang menyeluruh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka. Melalui kajian ini ditemukan bahwa iman tidak dapat dilepaskan dari rasio. Iman yang tidak rasional akan mengakibatkan manusia jatuh pada sikap fatalistik ketika mengalami penderitaan.
The aim this research is to the systematic search of relationship of rich people and poor people in the bible. The Bible has a saying about relation richman and poorman. Riches are really no problem in the Bible, the problem is mindset about poverty and how we e the poverty in life together. So far in Israel poverty is very closely associated with the economic system in which people life. When Israel gave up its life in the wilderness and a semi-nomadic people became a nation of farmers, acquired private possessions and poverty emerged as a social problem. Different social groups came into being conflicting interest. Poverty ceased to be a purely material circumstance and was seen as a sign of inferiority. It was experienced as exploitation. The poorman became the victim of oppressors. In this way the richman became the target of the most important counter-attack on unjust condition prophetic criticism. Because the foundation of the social construc of Israel is covenant with Yahweh. Consequency from this construc in the life style of Israel, the form of social relationships must be equality, appreciate to the righ of every person and the same in life one another. The authority to withdraw, collect and distribute royalties from the Collective Management Institute and the National Collective Management Institute has a long tail, considering that the LMK in Indonesia itself (Multi LMK). The government ratified Government Regulation Number 56 of 2021 concerning Management of Song Copyright Royalties on March 30, 2021 in order to achieve efficiency in the collection, collection and distribution of royalties. The purpose of this study was to analyze and find out how the role of the National Collective Management Institute in optimizing the management of royalties for the use of creations and related rights products in the field of songs and music. The research method used is qualitative with the type of descriptive research, with the type of empirical juridical research with a focus on examining the rules or norms in the applicable positive law. In collecting data, this study used an observation and interview approach by going through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
The presence of Toki Batu music in Ulahahan Village as a cultural product cannot be separated from the musical narrative of the Maluku people, which has been part of social and cultural life since ancient times. This study aims to explain the concept of inclusiveness within the group and its functional role in society as an inclusive music community. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The study results explain that the concept of inclusiveness in the Ulahahan Babatu Orchestra community lies in membership open to people from various backgrounds, both children and adults. The Community also does not provide special requirements to be able to join the group because Toki Batu’s music belongs to the Community, and anyone should be able to contribute. The leadership style used is based on local culture by adopting respect for elders. As a result, the leader is someone who is older and more experienced in community management rather than someone who has mastered music. Functionally the role of the Toki Batu music community revives community creativity and influences collectively in various fields such as recreational, educational, communication and religious facilities.
