Pemphigus vulgaris is an autoimmune mucocutaneous blistering disease that may be trigger by different factors, such as drugs or vaccines. There are few cases recently published on the association between pemphigus vulgaris and vaccination against COVID-19. We report a case of pemphigus vulgaris probably triggered by vaccination against COVID-19 and a review of the cases reported in medical publications with this relationship is perform.
El penfigoide anti-p200 es una dermatosis ampollar subepidérmica caracterizada por autoanticuerpos dirigidos contra una proteína de 200 kDa, ubicada en la lámina lúcida. El diagnóstico de certeza se establece mediante la técnica de inmunoblot, la cual se encuentra accesible en pocos centros en el mundo. Por ello, existen escasos casos comunicados de esta patología.La incorporación de la técnica de inmunohistoquímica con colágeno IV, junto con los otros pilares diagnósticos (clínica, histopatología e inmunofluorescencia con técnica de salt-split), permitieron arribar al diagnóstico probable de penfigoide anti-p200 en dos pacientes.
