Es wird ein Verfahren zur quantitativen Bestimmung verschiedener Opiumalkaloide nebeneinander beschrieben, das auf der direkten Auswertung von DC durch Remissionsmessung mit Hilfe eines Chromatogramm-Spektralphotometers beruht Anstelle des bisher iiblichen MeDspaltes wurde fur die Auswertung eine Kreisblende benutzt. Hierbei ist vorteilhaft, dat3 die Form der Absorptions-Orts-Kurven keinen E i n f l d auf die MeDgenauigkeit besitzt, da nur die Peakhohe ausgewertet wird. Quantitative Determination of Opium AlkaloidsA method for the quantitative determination of a number of single alkaloids in opium alkaloid mixtures is described, which is based on the direct evaluation of TLC by reflectance with a chromatogram spectrophotometer. Instead of the slit used until now a circular aperture is taken for the evaluation. This operation is of advantage in so far as the form of the absorption local curve does not exert any influence on the accuracy of measurement, since it is only the height of the peak which is evaluated.
