This paper summarizes how social media and other technologies continue to proliferate; the shifting economic landscape will precipitate more adaptive approaches for managers attempting to understand the multi-dimensional virtual aspects of communication with the artificial intelligence aspect. Also, we discover the different existing support of big data analytics to make a rational business decision. The methodology is the systematization literature sources within this context and approaches for the underlining approach to open big data analytics and support innovative leadership decisions in Canada. The paper is carried out in the following logical sequence to gain an understanding of how customer relations managers could utilize social media within a data analytics frame from scholar and practitioner perspectives. This literature research review original paper outlines the main themes including the role of social media, the experiences of using data analytics for customer relations management, and the notion that customer-centric technologies could change the dynamic of understanding customer intentions, leadership decisions and introduce the innovative management with using the big data analytics in place. The results of the critical thinking with analysis both authors can be useful for any business around the World that would like to start using Artificial Intelligence to support innovative management decisions. The emergent themes that were highlighted based on the realities of customer relations management may be significant to how the integration of social media feedback resulting from crowdsourcing in addition to existing data analytics could better position organizations in this evolving world. The implications of linking innovative management processes such as demographic analysis, platform understanding, and communication methods together are crucial for any public business with a global impact. The paper summarizes the arguments and counterarguments within the scientific discussion on the issues such the financial innovative business strategies of small to medium scale enterprises in developing country and influence for the global economy performance. The main purpose of this scientific research study problem is the impact of all business strategies of small to medium scale enterprises for the global economy performance. The methodology is the synthesis literature review then observation all current and prior existing literature and facts available for the purpose of understanding the current financial business strategy withing small to medium scale enterprises in developing country. The strategies observed could assist the theorists, regulators, and scholar-practitioners in seeking solutions that may change the narrative of SMEs having stunted growth or dying before their fifth anniversary. The findings from this study could help understand what strategies work and those that do not work for SMEs. Once SMEs begin to grow and thrive beyond five years, there will be an improvement in employment level, general production level, and economic growth, which is considered a significant positive social change. The research contributed to the advancement of scientific knowledge in that is provided a research study on the financial innovative business strategies and influence for the global economy performance. The methodological implication is grounded on the fact that three different methods were used to triangulate the data collected; semi structured interview, field notes, and document reviews. The study methodological implication includes, achieving the qualitative hermeneutic phenomenological method of data collection and study. This study examines if there has a major change in the value relevance of revenue recognition components since the adoption of International Financial Reporting Standards 15 in the United States. The research problem addressed the lack of understanding of the value relevance of revenue recognition under IFRS and its application to impact for the telecommunication industry. Our results show that the public firms revenue recognition are value relevant under United States of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and remain so after the adoption of IFRS. Also, for revenue recognition after IFRS, along with an increase in the value relevance in the future. These results are consistent with the proportion that revenue recognition plays a reinforcing role that complements the more complex IFRS accounts. Consequently, if the International Accounting Standards (IASB) were to mandate revenue recognition, it would, in all likelihood, provide users of accounts with a valuable incremental source of hard international transaction information.
This article is about exploring the relationship between internal human resources auditing and environmental control in the US public sector. The main purpose of this study was to examine the extent to which the determinants of internal audit staff have the potential to influence the predictive value of the public sector control environment. The tools of the work are presented by a quantitative correlation analysis to determine the interdependence of variables (aspects of recruitment, accountability) and resultant indicator (public sector environment). By systematizing literary sources and approaches to solving the problem, as well as using the COSO 2013 Internal Control Framework as a theoretical framework, the authors focus on the question of how much internal audit recruitment, and accountability experience can influence in the foreseeable future and each of the two major COSO components. The empirical analysis was presented in the research, which made it possible to substantiate the following conclusions: the results of two multiple linear regression models did not show statistically significant except for recruitment, nonparametric correlation of Kendall’s Tau-b correlation is allowed to identify significant interrelationships development. The findings of the study may be useful for implementing further transformational changes in the functioning of the global economy in the context of the growing role and importance of international audit and its positive impact on the public sector in the United States. There are various leadership traits of academic leadership to assess engagement amongst online adjunct faculty in the online platform of higher education. This research study focuses on the lived experiences of academic leaders to aid online adjunct faculty in trying to increase the sense of inclusion, engagement, and support. Applying the lived experiences of academic leader could retrieve elements within online adjunct faculty so they can have a positive contribution towards the institution. Support is needed to improve engagement, to assist adequate academic leadership. Systematization of the literary sources and approaches for solving the problem the academic leadership indicates that incorporate individualized strategies when the leader recognizes the value online adjunct faculty bring to their institutions. The relevance of this scientific problem decision is that the themes within this article breakdown the vital impact leaders have with their online adjunct faculty. The wide-ranging factors discussed in this article were categorized to demonstrate the critical components that leadership strategies if implemented effectively, could aid in an engagement component and inclusion for online adjunct faculty. Factors that are vital for academic leadership could be the use of leadership strategies to promote engagement and inclusion within the online environment outlined in this scientific article. The research paper presents the results of an empirical analysis all strategies incorporated in finding the material, history of online education, remote learning environment, leadership traits, leadership support for remote, adjunct faculty, leadership characteristic inactive online adjunct faculty engagement, leadership challenges, authentic relationship, benefits of engagement, communication obstacles on the virtual platforms, and theories within leadership presented a more in-depth understanding on the topic of online adjunct faculty engagement and inclusion.
