Hotel is a company engaged in the field of services, which requires employees who have competencies in accordance with their fields. At present the existing employees are deemed to lack competency in accordance with their field of work. In order for employees to have competence according to their field of work, the hotel must carry out an acceptance assessment that requires certain criteria, such as education, foreign language acquisition, discipline, experience and others. One of the appropriate decision making methods for evaluating acceptance is the MOORA (Multi Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) method which is a multi-objective system that optimizes two or more conflicting criteria. The MOORA method has a degree of flexibility and ease of understanding in separating the subjective parts of an evaluation process into criteria, by determining the weights and attributes as decision making, the form of decision matrices and ranking. The criteria used in this study are height, experience, discipline, interviews, written tests, foreign languages, friendly, computer, software and medical checkups. To facilitate the assessment of acceptance, this system is applied based on Android, so that in addition to the hotel, prospective employees can also find out the results of the assessment. Based on the implementation of the system application, the use of the MOORA method for the hotel employee acceptance evaluation system can produce the right decision system, in accordance with the predetermined ranking, criteria and weight of the assessment
Today's face is something that is very much considered by both women and men. Women and men do facial treatments so often because the face is the first thing to see when meeting someone. However, there are those that often interfere with the face, one of which is a skin disease that is very diverse ranging from acne, dullness, blackheads to cancer. In fact, to overcome this, many people always consult with doctors, especially face problems. One thing that can be done is to diagnose facial skin diseases using the decession tree method and the c 4.5 algorithm. The existence of this system is expected to be a solution in conducting consultations for women and men for facial problems. By using the decession tree method and the c 4.5 algorithm and by using a number of data mining, it will give results that can be used as guidelines in treating facial skin diseases. In addition, the existence of this system will also be very helpful in the field of services to consumers, both women and men, especially for facial care to avoid facial skin diseases, which has been a problem so far.
Otak-otak kering merupakan salah satu makanan khas Provinsi Riau yang cukup banyak di gemari oleh kalangan masyarakat untuk di jadikan oleh-oleh atau cemilan hari-hari. Salah satu tempat produksi otak-otak kering ini yaitu homemade tidak mempunyai sistem untuk menjangkau konsumen dalam wilayah yang lebih luas, serta sistem pemasaran dan pemesanan yang manual membuat konsumen kesusahan mencari alamat produksinya. Oleh karena itu perlu di buat sebuah aplikasi sistem yang dapat membantu usaha ini agar lebih efektif dan efisien dalam pemasaran dan costumer support, yaitu dengan menerapan Strategi Marketing Mix (Berbaur Pemasaran) yang meliputi Product, Price, Promotion, dan Place. Adanya sistem yang berbasiskan Android ini, diharapkan dapat lebih meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan dan pemasaran serta jangkauan konsumen menjadi luas, mudah dan bisa dilakukan kapan dan dimana saja. Abstract Dry brains are one of the typical foods of Riau Province which is enjoyed by the community forsouvenirs or snacks of the day. One of the production sites of these dry brains, namely homemade does not have a system to reach consumers in a wider area, and manual marketing and ordering systems make it difficult for consumers to find their production address. Therefore it is necessary to create a system application that can help this business to be more effective and efficient in marketing and customer support, namely by applying the Marketing Mix Strategy which includes Product, Price, Promotion, and Place. The existence of this system application based on Android is expected to be able to further improve services to customers and marketing as well as the reach of consumers to be broad, easy and can be done anytime and anywhere. Pertumbuhan penduduk merupakan perubahan populasi yang dapat dihitung sebagai penambahan jumlah individu dalam suatu wilayah. Di Indonesia hal ini merupakan sesuatu yang sangat diperhatikan oleh pemerintah. Untuk di daerah yang berperan adalah Dinas Kependudukan Catatan Sipil Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana (DisdukcapildaldukKB), seperti yang berkedudukan di Provinsi Riau. Selama ini instansi tersebut masih mendapat kesulitan dalam membuat proyeksi atau perkiraan mengenai proyeksi pertumbuhan penduduk dimasa mendatang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan atau mengimplementasikan metode interpolasi guna memproyeksikan pertumbuhan penduduk yang ada di Provinsi Riau. Sampel mengumpulkan data populasi penduduk dilakukan pada 2 (dua) waktu pelaksanaan Sensus penduduk yang berbeda. Perhitungan dilakukan menggunakan metode interpolasi, maka akan dapat memproyeksikan pertumbuhan penduduk pada beberapa tahun yang akan datang dengan lebih cepat dan mudah.
