Child labour exploitation is one of the development challenges that most developing countries experienced commonly. Worldwide, 218 million children of ages 5-17 are involved in child labour (ILO 2017), wherein 126 million work in dangerous conditions. In sub-Saharan Africa alone 29% of the labour force sourced from children with ages of 5-14 (ILO 2000).
