RESUMODe acordo com a resolução 258/99 do CONAMA, desde 1999 ficou estabelecido que a indústria fabricante de pneus fosse obrigada a dar um fim ambientalmente correto aos pneus sem utilidade. Visando a necessidade do reaproveitado desse material, foram pensadas várias formas para a utilização do mesmo, como, calçadas, pavimentação flexível, contenção de talude como sapatas e entre outros. Por esta razão elaborou-se um concreto onde substituiu-se parte do agregado miúdo por borracha de pneus granulados para a avaliação de suas propriedades tanto no estado fresco, quanto no estado endurecido do concreto. Usando-se de métodos quantitativos realizaram-se ensaios de resistência sujeitando o concreto a testes de tração e compressão. Os ensaios indicaram que a resistência foi prejudicada com o uso do aditivo, mas o concreto com o uso da borracha mostrou-se resistente à tração.Palavras-chave: Ensaio, Resistência,Concreto Modificado. ABSTRACTAccording to CONAMA Resolution 258/99, since 1999 it was established that the tire manufacturer is obliged to give an environmentally correct purpose to the tires without utility. Aiming at the need to reuse this material, several ways were considered for the use of the same, such as, sidewalks, flexible pavement, slope containment as shoes and among others. For this reason a concrete was elaborated where part of the kid's aggregate was replaced by rubber of granulated tires for the evaluation of its properties both in the fresh state and in the hardened state of the concrete. Using quantitative methods, resistance tests were performed subjecting the concrete to tensile and compression tests.The tests indicated that the strength was impaired with the addition of the additive, but the concrete with the use of rubber proved to be resistant to traction.
