ÖzGürültü, nüfus artışı ve kentleşme ile beraber gün geçtikçe insan sağlığı için özellikle bilhassa Büyükşehirlerde önemli bir tehdit haline gelen bir sorundur. Bu sorun birçok ülke, bölge ve ilimizde incelenmekte, gürültü kaynağı tespit çalışmaları yapılmakta ve önlenebilmesi adına öneriler sunulmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı Isparta ilçe merkezinin trafik kaynaklı gürültü kirliliğinin kaynaklarını tespit etmek, çevresel gürültü ölçümlerini yapmak ve haritaların oluşturularak analiz, yorum ve değerlendirmelerde bulunmaktır. Bu amaçla Ağustos 2014 -Aralık 2014 ayları arasında 117 noktada gürültü ölçüm cihazıyla, gündüz, akşam ve gece zaman dilimlerinde ölçümler yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda Isparta şehrinde gürültü miktarının kentin merkezi kesimlerinde yüksek olduğu, dış mahallelerde ise gürültü seviyesinin eşik değerleri geçmediği belirlenmiştir. AbstractIn time, along with increase in population and urbanisation, noise pollution has become a significant problem for human health particularly at metropolitan cities. Noise pollution problem has been examined in many countries, regions and provinces, studies have been made to determine noise sources and various recommendations have been provided to prevent it. Object of this study is to determine sources of traffic related noise pollution in Isparta city, carry out environmental noise measurements, create noise maps and analyse, interpret and evaluate them. With this purpose, noise measurements were carried out at different 117 places with sound level meter during daytime in evenings and at nights between the dates of August 2014 -December 2014. At the end of the study it was concluded that noise level at downtown was higher when compared to the noise level experienced outskirts of the city and it was observed that the noise level at outskirts did not exceed the limit values. The noise level differs in accordance with weather conditions, speed of vehicles and road conditions.
During the past few decades, the Samsun coast has been subjected to various human impacts that have led to changes in the coastal zone of this the area. This paper is an attempt to understand and define how residents and beach users perceive coastal zone problems in Samsun province based on their perceptions. For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was conducted during the months of June and July in 2005 and 2006 on 500 residents and beach users at eight beaches along the 121-kilometer Samsun shoreline on the north side of Turkey. The questionnaire data was collected through a direct interview. Analysis of interview data reveals that the respondents perceive coastal seawater pollution (89%), beach pollution, the loss of beach plain (67%), and changes in land use (91%) as the main problems of the coastal zone. The main factors blamed for coastal seawater pollution are sewage (98%), industrial waste (74%), and waste oils discharged by ships (38%). It is clear from the results of the survey that residents and beach users are not sufficiently aware of the coastal zone problems. The most important recommendation for solving these problems is increasing environmental awareness. To this end, environmental education activities are necessary for the conservation of coastal zone ecosystems.
ÖzBu çalışmanın amacı, 31 Ocak -2 Şubat 2015 tarihleri arasında Türkiye'de etkili olan Lodos'un jenetiğini açıklamak, genel özelliklerini belirtmek ve Samsun ilinde genel ve çevresel etkilerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla, Lodos 'un hakim olduğu günlere ait sinoptik haritalar ile bazı meteorolojik veriler elde edilmiş ve analizleri yapılmıştır. Genel Atmosfer sirkülasyonuna bağlı gelişen yerel rüzgârlar grubunda yer alan Lodos, Akdeniz havzasında gelişen siklonların Türkiye'ye yaklaşmasıyla başlamaktadır. Lodos'un hâkim olduğu günlerde deniz seviyesi basıncı düşmekte, sıcaklık artmakta, hava nemi azalmakta ve kuvvetli rüzgâr, mal ve can kayıplarına yol açabilmekte, ulaşımı olumsuz etkilemektedir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Akdeniz Havzası, Lodos, Samsun, Siklon, Sinoptik. AbstractThe purpose of this study is to explain the genetic of effective Lodos wind between 31 January -2 February 2015, in Turkey, identify general characteristics and to reveal general and environmental impacts in Samsun province. For this purpose, Some meteorological data and analysis were based on synoptic maps of Lodos effective days. Lodos is one of the developing local winds groups which are related to the general circulation of the atmosphere, it begins when the developing cyclones in the Mediterranean basin approach to Turkey. In the Lodos dominated days, the sea level pressure decreases, temperatures increase, humidity decreases and strong winds occur, and thus can lead to loss of lives and properties, and negatively affect the transportation.
