The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world in recent years has changed the habit of life of many people, with no exception to the West Jakarta City Administration citizen.. Various citizen activities started to adjust to the current living circumstances. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between the characteristics of mode selection and the usage of types of transportation modes in the Administrative City of West Jakarta during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research data was obtained through an online-based survey regarding the characteristics of the mode selection of citizens of the West Jakarta Administrative City during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The resulting data is processed using statistical correlation analysis based on the chi-square test. The results of the analysis show that the highest proportion of the use of this type of transportation mode is in the Administrative City of West Jakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely 68.5% are private vehicle users and 31.5% are public transport users. which are gender factors, vehicle ownership, SIM ownership, frequency of daily activities, distance travelled, the distance of public transportation facilities from home, distance of public transportation facilities from the activities place, travel time during a pandemic, waiting time for transportation modes, and travel costs have a relationship with the usage of this type of transportation in West Jakarta Administrative City During the Covid-19 Pandemic
Presidential Regulation No. 191/2014, regulates the subsidy policy for Gas Oil, which is a fixed subsidy. Meanwhile, the retail selling price of Gas Oil will fluctuate in the society according to the formula calculation. However, since April 2016 the price of Gas Oil has been fixed. In certain cases, the determination of the retail selling price may differ from the calculation of the formula considering the state's financial capacity, the purchasing power of the people, and the real economy. This research will examine the influence of the state's financial capacity, the purchasing power of the people, and the real economy, either partially or simultaneously, on the policy of determining the retail sale price, and its impact. The test was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistics 20. The results showed that the state's financial capacity and the real economy had a significant effect on the retail selling price policy for JBT Solar Oil. Meanwhile, people's purchasing power does not have a significant effect. The determination of the retail selling price of Gas Oil that is not in accordance with the calculation formula may give an impact on society, business entities, and the government.
Inter-urban transportation railway becomes the chosen mass transportation mode by the people for daily commuting. The tariff is relatively cheaper and affordable. The travel times are shorter as compared to other modes of transportation. This study aimed to understand the development surrounding Jakarta – Bogor Inter-urban transportation railway station - Cilebut Station located in Sukaraja District. Correlation between passengers and population is 0.99 that shows great impacts to development area surrounding it. Analysis of development aspects are land use, population, and economic change. Using Geographic Information System analysis from the year 2010 to 2015, residential area increased by 18.11% and plantation area decreased by 32.9%. Population was analyzed using average rate of growth from the year 2011 to 2015, the result is 4.6%. Population density increased from 3809 people/sq.km to 4694 people/sq.km. Facilities of industry and grocery store increased, likewise labor structure of business and hotel increased by 11350 persons and services by 3460 persons. But agriculture labor decreased by 894 persons. Based on this research, local government should be alerted. In the case a region has a railway station and is stopped-by inter-urban transportation trains, the area development will take place rapidly, intervention needs to be done.
