Today, it is known by many researchers that organizational identity and job insecurity has an impact on job performance. As a result of research conducted in domestic and foreign literature; it was determined that relations between job performance, job insecurity and organizational identity were investigated, but it was not determined that the mediation effect of organizational identity was investigated in the relationship between job performance and job insecurity. The aim of this study is to determine whether organizational identity have a mediation role in the effect of job insecurity on job performance or not. The data used in the study were gathered with the three scales applied to the personnel of the Brass Factory Directorate in Kırıkkale province and the analysis of the model was tested with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The study population consisted of 105 employees working in the Brass Factory Directorate in Kırıkkale province. As a result of this study, it was concluded that organizational identity has had a partial mediation role in the relationship between job insecurity and job performance. As a result of the Sobel Test conducted in relation to the relationships between the variables with partial mediating effect; it was confirmed that there was a significant relationship between job insecurity and job performance and that organizational identity had a partial mediation effect between two variables.
organizational loneliness social deprivation and organizational commitment continued and normative commitment. As a result of the Sobel Test conducted in relation to the relationships between the variables with partial mediating effect; it is determined that there is no meaningful relation between organizational loneliness social deprivation and organizational commitment emotional commitment and between organizational commitment emotional commitment and organizational commitment continued and normative commitment and therefore job enrichment has no mediating effect among these variables.
In this study, mediation role of subjective career success with regards to the relationship between perceived organizational support and intention to remain at work has been investigated. Research has been conducted on academicians assigned at foundation universities located in the cities of Ankara and Mersin which are located in Turkey. The data of the research has been collected with scales of perceived organizational support, intention to remain and subjective career success. In the study, first of all the assumptions to be provided regarding the data used in the analyzes made were checked and the test of the model that was subsequently established was made with the partial least squares-structural equation model. These analyzes were carried out with R programming language and SmartPLS package program. At the end of the study, it has been determined that there is a meaningful relationship in the same direction between organizational support, intention to remain and subjective career success variables, and subjective career success does not have an mediating role in the relationship between perceived organizational support and intention to remain at work.
Although there are various methods that help improve quality in statistical process control, quality control charts are considered to be the most important methods available. The superiority of these charts compared to other methods is that they are easy to use, to design and visually understandable. Observations related to the quality characteristics determined in the quality control charts are generally followed by the creation of package programs such as SPSS, MINITAB, STATA or programming languages such as MATLAB, C++. Recently, however, it has been determined that the use of R programs in the creation of quality control charts, the detection of uncontrolled signals in these charts, in the diagnosis of errors and similar areas is rapidly becoming widespread and a lot of studies are conducted in foreign literature. In this context, it was aimed to make a research about the use of R program in quality control charts. In this way, it is considered that this study will contribute to the quality control employees and the domestic and foreign literature. In this study, four books and thirty-six articles were examined according to content analysis method according to seven criteria. As a result of the study; (1) in the books and articles examined in relation to the use of the R program in control charts, theoretical issues are emphasized, applied issues are in the minority, (2) most of the R packages used in the design of quality control charts is qcc package (3) mainly used control graphs are multivariate control graphs in theory development and applications, and most commonly used control charts were Hotelling T², MCUSUM and MEWMA control charts, and (4) control charts were measured using ARL. (5) mainly used artificial data in applications with control charts, (6) Monte Carlo simulation method is preferred in simulation studies, (7) it is concluded that a wide variety of control charts suggested for various situations are included in the literature.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
