The Integrated Governance and Compliance Risk Information System (SIGRC) is critical in helping institutions achieve their goals and deal with uncertainty. This research studies the impact of acceptance and utilization of SIGRC using Delone McLean and Unified Technology Acceptance and Use Technology.
