Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskusikan konsep akuntabilitas lingkungan dan pandangan Islam terhadap akuntabilitas lingkungan. Kerusakan lingkungan adalah masalah global yang membutuhkan penanganan serius. Kerusakan lingkungan akan berdampak pada keberlangsungan hidup manusia dan makhluk hidup lainnya. Adanya tuntutan dan desakan dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan agar perusahaan lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan, membuat perusahaan harus mengambil langkah untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Pelaporan lingkungan merupakan bentuk akuntabilitas perusahaan atas kegiatan operasionalnya yang berdampak pada lingkungan. Laporan lingkungan menginformasikan kepada pemangku kepentingan tentang tanggung jawab lingkungan perusahaan dan menunjukkan komitmen perusahaan untuk mengatasi masalah lingkungan. Akuntabilitas lingkungan dalam Islam dimaknai dengan larangan berbuat kerusakan di muka bumi, pencatatan yang benar dan setiap tindakan yang akan dipertanggungjawabkan. Al-Qur’an dan Hadis telah menerangkan dengan jelas tentang pentingnya akuntabilitas pada semua bidang kehidupan. Perlunya akuntabilitas kepada sesama makhluk hidup dan paling utama akuntabilitas kepada Allah SWT.

Penelitian ini bertujauan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja keuangan PT Semen Tonasa dilihat dari rasio keuangan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Return on Equity selama 3 (tiga) tahun 2017 sampai 2019. Adapun laporan yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan PT Semen Tonasa periode 2017 sampai 2019. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan maka hasil dapat diketahui sebagai berikut, dilihat dari rasio keuangan secara keseluruhan (Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return on Equity) penilaian kinerja keuangan PT Semen Tonasa dari tahun 2017 sampai 2019 dapat dikatakan baik.

This research aims at analyzing the dimensions of human resources within leading the organizational performance. Such dimensions derives from personal balanced scorecard, organizational commitment, and competency. The sample of this research was 79 employees of Office for Management of Regional Revenue, Finance, and Assets in Makassar. The result of this research revealed human resources constructed by personal balanced scorecard, organizational commitment, and competency provide positive effect on the organizational performance. This result proved that the components of good human resources within personal balanced scorecard, organizational commitment, and competency lead the increase into organizatioan performance.

This research aims at disclosing the decision made by PT. Adaro Energy in conducting the donation during the pandemic of COVID-19 and understand the donation in boosting the business image. The type of this research is qualitative employing the semiotics approach. The object of this research is the narrative text in terms of CSR obtained from website and social media of Adaro Energy. The result of this research discloses that Adaro Energy is active to synergy with the various stakeholders along the pandemic of COVID-19 through the distribution of the number of donations. It is successful to boost good image of firm so that Adaro Energy can obtain the legitimacy in the form of certificate appreciated by the National Agency for Disaster Management.
