Traffic accidents are one of the biggest causes of death in Indonesia. An accident-prone location is a highaccident rate with the incidence of repeated accidents in a relatively the same space and period caused bya specific cause (Pd-T-09-2004-B). Based on data from Lakalantas Polres Ogan Ilir (2018), trafficaccidents in Ogan Ilir Regency are ranked second below Palembang among all districts in South SumatraProvince, with 257 incidents, 101 deaths and 394 injuries. On the Palembang-Indralaya road segment in2018, there were accidents with 80 cases, and 27 people died. For this reason, it is necessary to analyzethe accident-prone points (Black spot) on the Palembang - Indralaya National Road Section. The dataused to determine the Black spot point is traffic accident data within four years using the AccidentEquivalent Number (AEK) method. The analysis of accident data from 2015 - 2019 contained 14 Blackspot points on the Palembang - Indralaya national road with various levels of victim injuries.
Banyuasin tidak hanya sebagai penghasil padi terbesar di Sumatera Selatan tetapi juga penghasil kelapa terbesar di Sumatera Selatan. Namun hilirisasi produksi perkebunan kelapa belum banyak dilakukan di kabupaten pemekaran Musi Banyuasin. PT. Kulaku Indonesia sejak 2018 telah memproduksi produk turunan kelapa seperti minyak kelapa (VCO), sirup, santan, arang, asap cair, dan nata de coco dengan kapasitas produksi mencapai dua ton perbulan. Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Sumatera Selatan telah melaksanakan beberapa program kerja untuk pengembangan ekonomi dan keuangan syariah diantaranya pengembangan kemandirian ekonomi pondok pesantren melalui peningkatan peningkatan kapasitas dan kualitas UMKM Syariah melalui program Industri Kreatif Syariah Indonesia (IKRA). PT. Kulaku Indonesia bersama Ponpes Sabilul Hasanahagar Banyuasin dengan binaan Bank Indonesia (BI) berencana membuat produk turunan kelapa berupa santan bubuk. Untuk memproduksi santan bubuk diperlukan tempat yang steril dan suhu yang terjaga, sehingga diperlukan perencanaan pembangunan Pabrik Santan Bubuk.Kata kunci : Perencanaan Pembangunan Pabrik, RAB.
ABSTRACT A new product of lightweight concrete that has a low specific gravity that is increasingly used in the world of construction is foam concrete. In this study, testing the addition of superplasticizers to the foam concrete mixture was carried out, by analyzing the effect of adding superplasticizers as much as 0.3% of the amount of cement on the process of setting time and compressive strength of foam concrete. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of adding superplasticizers as much as 0.3% of the amount of cement on the process setting time and compressive strength of foam concrete. In this study, the method used was an experimental method. The results showed that the addition of superplasticizers to the concrete mixture can make the cement binding time longer than without the addition of superplasticizers to the concrete mixture. While in testing the compressive strength of concrete, there is a significant increase in concrete strength in concrete variations with the addition of superplasticizers, this is because the use of added superplasticizers can reduce water use so that the cement water factor becomes lower and improves concrete quality. Keywords: Concrete Foam, Superplasticizer, Compressive Strength ABSTRAK Produk baru beton ringan yang mempunyai berat jenis rendah yang semakin banyak digunakan dalam dunia konstruksi yakni beton busa. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian penambahan superplasticizer pada campuran beton busa, dengan menganalisis pengaruh penambahan superplasticizer sebanyak 0,3% dari jumlah semen terhadap proses setting time dan kuat tekan beton busa. Dengan tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengatahui pengaruh penambahan superplasticizer sebanyak 0,3% dari jumlah semen terhadap proses setting time dan kuat tekan beton busa. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dengan adanya penambahan superplasticizer kedalam campuran beton dapat membuat waktu ikat semen lebih lama dibandingkan tanpa penambahan superplasticizer kedalam campuran beton. Sedangkan pada pengujian kuat tekan beton terjadi peningkatan kekuatan beton secara signifikan pada variasi beton dengan penambahan superplasticizer, hal tersebut dikarenakan penggunaan bahan tambah superplasticizer dapat mengurangi pemakaian air sehingga faktor air semen menjadi lebih rendah dan meningkatkan mutu beton. Green concrete is made from eco-friendly waste materials. It reduces CO2 emissions and reduces water use. Normal concrete contributes about 40-50% of carbon in the air due to its production, impacting climate change. The waste material from coal combustion, like fly ash used as an additive to replace some cement in the concrete mixture. Foamed concrete is considered concrete with an eco-friendly material because it uses less aggregate and reduces water use. Concrete is weak to tensile forces; adding Fly ash can reduce pores allowing acidic substances to enter. Adding polypropylene fiber to prevent cracking makes foamed concrete more ductile. Green expanded concrete contains 0.8% foaming agent, with polypropylene fiber (PPF) variants of 0.15%, 0.2%, 0.3%, and 25% fly ash as a cement alternative. The findings of the flexural strength test demonstrate that fibers added to green foam concrete boost its flexural strength. Green foam containing polypropylene fibers produces a maximum flexural strength of 0.3% higher than green foam concrete without fibers.
