In 2020, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) of the Republic of Indonesia (R.I) launched the Freedom to Learn-Independent Campus (MBKM). The University of 17 August 1945 Jakarta is committed to implementing MBKM programs. This study is the first study to discuss the effect of the MBKM policy socialization on the success of MBKM implementation. This study aims to determine whether the online socialization of MBKM policies at UTA '45 Jakarta has an effect on the successful implementation of MBKM programs at UTA '45 Jakarta. The method used is a quantitative method. The results showed that the socialization of MBKM policy at UTA '45 Jakarta influenced the success of MBKM implementation at UTA '45 Jakarta.Keywords: Socialization, policy implementation, MBKM

ABSTRAK Kematian yang disebabkan oleh kanker payudara menduduki urutan kedua di antara jenis kanker lainnya. Perempuan memiliki risiko yang sangat besar untuk terjangkit kanker payudara. Penanganan kasus kanker payudara akan lebih efektif jika penyakit tersebut terdeteksi sejak dini melalui metode SADARI (Periksa Payudara Sendiri). Namun demikian, masih banyak perempuan yang belum pernah melakukan metode SADARI untuk mendeteksi gejala kanker payudara. Penyebab utama kondisi tersebut adalah kurangnya pengetahuan, tingkat pendidikan, dan informasi tentang metode SADARI. Kegiatan pengabdian masayarakat ini bekerja sama dengan Puskesmas Kecamatan Tanjung Priuk yang mengundang kader-kader puskesmas di wilayah Puskesmas Kecamatan Tanjung Priuk. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang penggunaan aplikasi web Breast-Self Examination (BSE) System untuk mendeteksi gejala kanker payudara secara mandiri. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini berhasil memperkenalkan masyarakat pada aplikasi web BSE System, yang mana aplikasi ini dapat membantu masyarakat untuk melakukan screening gejala-gejala kanker payudara secara mandiri, dan berkonsultasi dengan dokter secara daring tanpa harus merasa khawatir akan keamanan data yang dibagikan.Kata Kunci: kanker payudara, SADARI, BSE System ABSTRACT Death caused by breast cancer ranks second among other types of cancer. Women have a very large risk of contracting breast cancer. Handling cases of breast cancer will be more effective if the disease is detected early through SADARI (Periksa Payudara Sendiri) method. However, there are still many women who have never done the SADARI method to detect breast cancer symptoms. The main cause of this condition is the lack of knowledge, education level, and information about the BSE method. This community service activity is in collaboration with the Tanjung Priuk Subdistrict Community Health Center which invites puskesmas cadres in the Tanjung Priuk Subdistrict Community Health Center area. This activity aims to provide training and education to the public about the use of the Breast-Self Examination (BSE) System web application to independently detect breast cancer symptoms. The results of this community service show that this training has succeeded in introducing the community to the BSE System web application, this application can help the community to independently screen breast cancer symptoms, and doing online consult with doctors without having to worry about the security of the data being shared. Keywords: breast cancer, SADARI, BSE System

The Sumatran tiger population is on the edge of extinction due to uncontrolled habitat loss. The population of Sumatran tigers, which are only around 400, remaining in the forest. The main thing that causes the lack of the Sumatran tiger population is illegal hunting. Local people hunt the Sumatran tiger because people have economic problems. Thus, illegal trade emerged. Local people hunt Sumatran tigers, sell their body parts, it trusted that the body parts of tiger could heal diseases, and have magical powers for the protection and luck of the community. Thus, INGO International Organizations such as WWF and Tiger Range Countries formed the TX2 program that aims to double the tiger population. In addition, the theory used in this problem also uses Environmental Security.

Nowadays, security issues have increased rapidly, not only regarding traditional security in the context of territorial security and military power of a country, but have expanded to non-traditional security issues. One example of a non-traditional security issue is the threat of haze pollution. Students as human beings with high intellectual and social control It is expected to contribute to society. This means that in this case, the role of students as social controllers is very important, and they are expected to contribute to the wider community in various aspects. Therefore, to realize this, the International Relations Student Association of the University of August 17, 1945, Jakarta took the initiative to hold community service activities by conducting socialization with students of SMAN 110 Jakarta through Sharing Sessions on Climate Change. This service activity is aimed at students of SMAN 110 Jakarta and aims to increase knowledge about climate change, especially the effects of forest fires, through case studies of forest fires that occurred in Riau and make it happen in everyday life.
