Tuntutan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah semakin kompleks dan dibutuhkan dalam proses penyelenggraan pendidikan kejuruan (SMK) untuk menciptakan lulusan yang inovatif, berkualitas dan memiliki daya saing sesuai standar dan kondisi industri. Selain itu, keberanian kepala sekolah dalam mengambil risiko melakukan perubahan dan terobosanterobosan yang dibuat sebagai upaya pemenuhan penyelarasan kebutuhan dan tuntutan DUDI penting dimiliki. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk dapat memberikan gambaran beserta jawaban dari masalah penelitian terkait kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Infroman penelitian yaitu 1) pemimpin, 2) wakil kepala bidang kurikulum, 3) wakil kepala bidang hubungan industri, 4) kepala program, dan 5) guru. Wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi dilakukan sebagai pengumpulan data dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SMKN 2 Kota Bogor dapat berperan sebagai penggerak perubahan yang mampu membangun kemitraan dengan DUDI melalui program-program sekolah berbasis indutri, sehingga mampu menyerap lulusan di berbagai perusahaan atau industri kemitraan yang telah dilaksanakan diantaranya sinkronisasi kurikulum, PKL, TEFA, UJIKOM, kelas industri, magang guru, guest teacher, BKK dan recruitment. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa pengelolaan SMK dibutuhkan manajerial skill kepala sekolah dalam merespon perubahan dan perkembangan DUDI bagi kemajuan sekolah.
This research was conducted to examine how the role of school principal leadership in realizing independent learning that can produce graduates according to the needs and demands of IDUKA. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri Kota Bogor. The results of this study indicate that in realizing independent learning at school, the role of the principal as 1) leader is needed, the principal is sufficiently understanding about the important points of independent learning, this is shown through the principal's response which is realized in activity programs in schools that are oriented towards competence of teacher expertise. And supported by efforts to build communication and openness between school principals and teachers so that trust is created in each other, and 2) managers, principals utilize and develop resources in schools including coaching teachers, as an important element in carrying out a learning process that can produce qualified graduates. This effort is made through a teacher apprenticeship program. In addition, the principal encourages teachers to be creative and innovative so that they can create an achievement through the work they produce.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitiannya adalah literature review dari beberapa penelitian yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui data sekunder yang didapatkan dari berbagai karya ilmiah seperti jurnal dan artikel, serta buku, dokumentasi dan internet. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa ekonomi syariah dan industri halal merupakan sektor yang memiliki kesempatan, peluang dan berkontribusi pada nilai tambah perekonomian melalui pemenuhan permintaan pasar. Dalam mendukung perkembangan ekonomi syariah salah satu upayanya melalui penguatan ekosistem halal value chain yang dalamnya mencakup sejumlah industri yang berkaitan dengan keperluan produk dan jasa halal. Ekosistem industri halal harus lebih dikuatkan dan dikembangkan agar mampu menguasai potensi pasar global. Selain itu, upaya pengembangan ekosistem halal value chain dalam pembangunan industri halal dimulai dari input sampai outcome-nya, terlebih dalam menghadapi era society 5.0. Penguatan halal value chain meliputi beberapa sektor di antaranya (1) industri makanan dan minuman yang terdiri dari bahan baku, manufaktur, retailer, pembiayaan, saluran distribusi dan teknologi. (2) stakeholders industri halal yaitu (a) pemerintah, (b) konsumen, (c) industri dan (d) investor. Stakeholders memiliki peranan sebagai fasilitator dan katalisator yang menghubungkan antara demand dan supply pada industri halal.
This study aims to analyze how the partnership of vocational schools with business and industry through the education leadership model. The research used a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method. Proportionated stratified random sampling technique was used in this research. A total of 1.630 respondents consists of principals, the head of the expertise program, the deputy principal for curriculum, the deputy principal for public relations, and teachers who participated in this research. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The data analysis used was multiple regression. The results showed that the BEACCTIVE model could be a determining factor for the success of establishing a partnership. The reason is that the partnerships were developed through the formulation of plans, human resource management, decision making, and the ability of school principals to attract business and industry. The school's partnership with business and industry has a good fit and improves through programs centred on students' skills and expertise aligned with standards of business and industry, the business and industry that actively support the educational practices at schools and the absorption of graduates in various industrial sectors.
