Ecoliteracy among junior high school students in the city of Cirebon as a basic ability possessed by students regarding the understanding of the basic ecological, student ecology and the concept of sustainability (sustainable) school environment as a tool to solve problems. Increasing student eco-literacy is a goal in social studies learning so that students have the awareness, sensitivity, so that the environment needs to be safeguarded, managed and utilized for the present as well as for the future in order future generations have the right to enjoy the environment. The researcher using random sampling. The data were gathered from students of Junior High School 7in Cirebon and Private Junior High School Nurshiddiq Cirebon through observation, documentation, and phenomenon activities as the collecting data technique. The result of this research shows that habituation as early as possible is carried out by junior high school social studies education teachers in the city of Cirebon and parents so that students become more ecologically literate. Lack of respect for the environment has become a habit that has started to develop in social studies.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hasil pengembangan sikap toleransi siswa melalui model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan etnografi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru IPS dan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Atap Losari. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah teknik wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi (observasi di dalam kelas menggunakan model discovery learning). Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian tentang pengembangan sikap toleransi melalui discovery learning siswa SMP Negeri 1 Losari adalah sikap toleransi pada siwa terlihat lebih baik, dengan adanya perubahan sikap setelah diterapkan model discovery learning. Berikut sikap yang ditunjukkan siswa setelah dilakukan pengembangan toleransi yaitu siswa lebih menghormati guru dan siswa lain, siswa selalu menunjukkan sikap kerja sama yang baik, siswa lebih menghargai antar sesama dan suka membantu siswa lain ketika merasa kesulitan.
This paper described the application of Landsat-8 TIRS (Thermal Infra Red Sensor) to analyze the surface temperature changes of the crater region of Agung volcano during early of 2013 until late of 2019. Agung volcano is an active stratovolcano located in Bali island. We processed the brightness temperature from channel-10 of Landsat-8 TIRS during early of 2013 – late of 2019 and analyzed the changes. The results of this research showed that the eruptions that occurred during 2017 - 2018 have indicated highly increasing in the surface temperature of the crater region. The surface temperature changes of the crater region, which can be detected from Landsat-8 TIRS data, can be used as a precursor of an eruption.
