This study aims to analyze the application of inquest model learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method reviewed literature and research articles as many as 15 articles that met the criteria both nationally and internationally which included inquiry models and physics learning when the pandemic was used in this research. Data collection is done indirectly and in the form of secondary data. The results showed that 1) The application of the inquiry learning model during the COVID-19 pandemic in improving students' understanding and critical and creative thinking skills increased significantly. 2) The use of online learning tools based on inquiry learning models shows an increase in students' understanding of concepts and critical thinking skills. 3) Online learning tools are categorized as feasible for use in physics learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. 4) It takes a long time to implement the inquiry learning model as long as online learning media, especially e-modules, have not met the demands of 21st century learning
In the digital era, the rapid development of science and technology provides convenience in teaching and learning; media is needed to provide practicality in supporting learning. Augmented Reality media is a practical solution as a learning medium in visualizing a material when the learning process, especially in physics, requires more visualization for the concepts displayed. Objective: This research analyzes the practicality of augmented reality learning media in physics learning. Methods: Descriptive research using the literature review method to find out, identify, assess, and interpret related to the augmented reality book practicality research obtained from various sources such as journals, books, and the internet. The literature review method analyzes, identifies, and provides interpretation and evaluation of some existing research that is relevant to the research topic. Results: Through studies conducted using the literature review method, it can be found that: 1) Augmented reality in education has yet to be widely implemented and applied as a supporting medium for interactive education in schools. 2) The application of augmented reality is a practical solution for educators to support them in providing knowledge to students in addition to video conferencing. 3) The practicality of augmented reality books in physics learning is valid. 4) The use of augmented reality books in physics learning is considered to improve the quality of student learning. Novelty: Previous researchers have never done this research, which analyzes the practicality of augmented reality learning media in physics learning.
This research aims to analyze the application of discovery learning to physics learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method is a study of literature and journals, as many as ten journals that can be accounted for related to the application of discovery learning research models to physics learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The study was analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis with paper review technique. It was concluded that: 1) The application of the discovery learning model to physics learning during the COVID-19 pandemic can improve student understanding, students’ critical thinking ability, and mastery of student concepts. 2) The use of online learning tools and discovery learning-based e-modules can improve students’ mastery of concepts in physics learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. 3) The advantages of the discovery learning model in physics learning during the COVID-19 pandemic are that it can improve cognitive abilities and form students’ disciplined and positive attitudes. 4) The flexibility of the discovery learning model in physics learning during the COVID-19 pandemic is that students have difficulty understanding the material, and teachers find it difficult to present the material, so the application of the discovery learning model in physics learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia is not all effective.
This research was carried out to analyze physics learning using a blended learning model during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The method used in this study is the literature study method. A literature study is a type of research used in collecting data and information by collecting and reviewing various references. This study examined as many as 30 journals and articles both nationally and internationally that are valid and accountable. The journals and articles used are published in 2018-2022. Researchers collect data and proceed to the stage of concluding the results of qualitative research. Based on the results of studies and analyses that have been carried out, it can be concluded that: (1) The application of the blended learning model to physics learning is declared valid, practical, and effective as an alternative to learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, (2) The blended learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills and creative thinking abilities, (3) Students tend to ignore academic and social aspects.
The research aims to analyze the physics PSS profile of high school students and the implementation of the AR book-assisted PBL model as a consideration in the use of media and learning models to support the high school students' PSS improvement. This is preliminary descriptive research without hypothesis testing with 154 high school students as participants. Descriptive methods of qualitative approach is employed to analyze through questionnaires and tests of assessment about PSS. This study revealed that the students’ PSS is still in the low level. This is evidenced by the students’ results of low category with a score range within 0 to 50. This study also found that students' interest in learning physics with AR (Augmented Reality) books-assisted have improved their PSS. It is concluded that the learning methods, as well as learning media, can affect students' PSS.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
