In stock markets, investors always seek ways to make profit or outperform benchmarks. However, this aim is not easy to achieve even for professional fund managers. In this study, we propose applying the "Dogs of the Dow" investment strategy to the Thai market. With this strategy, we buy the ten highest yielding SET50 (Stock Exchange of Thailand 50) stocks and rebalance the portfolio annually. We conduct a simulation for data from 1995 to 2012. The simulation result shows that on average, the "Dogs of the Dow" strategy outperforms the market indices. However, the superiority is not significant in a statistical sense. Simulation results also show that portfolios with fewer than ten stocks have even better performance than the original ten-stock portfolio. Knowledge management entails formally managing knowledge resources in order to facilitate access and reuse of knowledge, typically by using advanced information technology. In this paper analyzes the organizational knowledge management and discusses knowledge management maturity aim and process. Then organizational knowledge management maturity model is established based on the research of some typical international project management maturity models. The study is intended to guide organizations to improve and optimize their knowledge management capability.

Thailand agreed with China to promote the strategic partnership through a memorandum of understanding on the cooperation on Thai railways infrastructure development on the strategic framework for the development of Thailand's transportation infrastructure 2015-2022 Since Thailand is located a hub of land transportation connectivity among ASEAN countries. Thai-Chinese high-speed rail project (phase 1: Thailand's capital Bangkok to Nakhon Ratchasima province) is one of the megaprojects in long-term benefits under the strategic framework by the government-to-government process. This high-speed rail (HSR) project was approved by the Prayut cabinet in July 2017 and was expected to operate in 2025. There are two primary reasons why Thailand decided to invest in the HSR project. The first reason is to support the strategy of the development of the international railway network and the second reason is to boost the regional economic development along the pathway.
