Desa merupakan tonggak awal dari suksesnya pemerintahan, semua data-data pemerintahan berawal berasal dari desa yang nanti data tersebut diproses lebih lanjut. Dengan demikian dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi agar data tersebut dapat diproses dengan mudah. Banyaknya kendala yang dialami oleh desa, khususnya desa sukamanah diSerang banten. Dimana pelayanan merupakan bagian dari permasalah yang sering terjadi dikarenakan masih menggunakan pelayanan yang bersifat manual. Komputer yang pada desa sukaman Serang banten Hanya sebagai proses penyimpanan data, namun kegiatan pelayanannya warga masih harus datang dan kadang dalam mengurus kartu keluarga warga bisa beberapa Kali harus datang ke desa tersebut. Sehingga diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi pelayanan desa membuat proses pelayannya kepada warga desa menjadi lebih cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi pelayanan masyarakat desa berdasarkan kebutuhan pihak desa Sukamanah pada sistem informasi desa dengan menggunakan metode Goal-Directed Design yang terdiri dari 6 fase. Fase research, mencari kebutuhan sistem yang diinginkan oleh pengguna. Fase modelling,mencari karakteristik pengguna dengan membuat user persona. Fase requirement, menghasilkan skenario pengguna dan menjelaskan kebutuhan sistem dengan menggunakan Hierarchical Task Analysis. Fase framework definition, membuat struktur antar muka dalam bentuk wireframing. Fase refinement, menyempurnakan struktur antar muka ke bentuk high-fidelity. Fase development support, merupakan fase pengujian kualitatif kepada pengguna dengan menggunakan penilaian berdasarkan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mendapatkan umpan balik terhadap prototype sistem informasi desa yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan.
<p class="Abstrak">Sistem pakar merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh manusia sebagai media untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi secara tepat berdasarkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman seorang pakar kandungan dan pakar gizi. Proses pengetahuan data pakar tadi disimpan dalam basis pengetahuan yang disertai aturan berdasarkan konklusi yang telah ditetapkan oleh peneliti untuk dijadikan sebagai referensi. Hasil dari pelacakan data kemudian di informasikan kepada pengguna sistem dalam hal ini wanita hamil (wamil) yang ingin mengetahui menu sehat dan nutrisi tambahan. Untuk mengetahui menu sehat wamil peneliti menggunakan metode cooper sebagai acuan perhitungan yang dimasukkan kedalam mesin inferensi. Adapun hal yang dijadikan sebagai perhitungan gizi menu sehat bagi wamil berdasarkan usia wamil, tri semester, usia kandungan, perhitungan gizi, berat ideal wamil berdasarkan tinggi badan, hitung kalori minimal, dan hitung kalori berdasarkan aktifitas wamil. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk aplikasi pakar menggunakan pendekatan forward chaining dengan DFS untuk mekanisme pelacakan datanya. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah berupa desain model sistem pakar kebutuhan menu dan nutrisi bagi wanita hamil dengan pendekatan metode cooper yang bertujuan memudahkan wamil mendapatkan informasi dengan cepat dan tepat.</p><p class="Abstrak"> </p><p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em></em><br /><em>The expert system is one of the applications used by humans as a media to acquire precise data and information based on obstetricians and nutritionist’s knowledge and experience. The expert’s instruction is stored in a knowledge base accompanied by rules based on a fixed conclusion for references. The result of the data trace is informed to a system user. In this case pregnant woman who wanted to know the healthy menu and additional nutrition. Many pregnant women rarely consult obstetricians and nutritionist due to their routine and the high cost of it. This caused pregnant women cannot control their nutrition growth as well as and their baby’s nutrition. Based on that case, we design an expert system to know suitable healthy menu for a pregnant woman using cooper’s method. The menu of pregnant woman is calculated using the following parameters: 1) The age of pregnant women; 2) The third month of pregnancy; 3) Nutrition calculation; 4) Ideal weights of pregnant women based on their heights; 5) Minimum calorie count of pregnant women; and 6) Calorie count of pregnant women based on their activities. While the method used for the expert system application is based on forwarding chaining approach with DFS as it is data tracking system mechanism. The output resulted from this research is a model design of the expert system to find a suitable healthy menu and additional nutrition for pregnant women with cooper’s method as an approach, intended to help pregnant women to acquire quick and accurate information.</em></p><p> </p>

At this time there are various brands of cough medicine that are sold in pharmacies. To make it easier for the community to make decisions, it is very necessary to implement the SPK process which aims to further assist the community in choosing cough medicines to be purchased using the AHP method and the ARAS method. This decision is of course determined by several criteria, including expiration, age. , dosage of use, price, and brand.
GIS-based measurements can combine vector and raster data to produce thematic data obtained from remote sensing data. The data used in this study uses data on land use in the city of Pekanbaru. After the data is obtained, the pixel calculation process is carried out using three methods: the cell center method, the maximum area, and the maximum combined area. This data describes information with multiple raster data resolutions and then interprets the level of distortion in the data. The research findings found that in the process of raster data from 8 different resolution levels for the 5x5 meter category, it is able to provide results that are closest to the area of vector data, where PL 1 code produces 404229 pixels, PL 2 code ranges from 225717 pixels, PL 3 code ranges from 160323 pixels, code PL 4 ranges from 92268 pixels, PL 5 code reaches 73384 pixels, PL 6 code reaches 57237 pixels, and PL 7 code reaches 48315 pixels. Meanwhile, of the 3 methods that were compared to determine distortion with vector data, the cell center approach was the closest to raster data by calculation through eight levels of raster resolution compared to the other two methods. In choosing the right pixel resolution for further use in mathematical modeling, it is necessary to pay attention to the level of resolution by generalizing the resolution of satellite imagery data so that the data can have the same resolution. The weakness of the three methods lies in increasing the resolution the greater it will make the data coarser. This research is expected to be used as a consideration in future research to add a more precise process and be able to produce less storage capacity.
