This article will present the basis of the quality management tools in comparison with new intelligent tools. Also, the reasons, why the intelligent tools are not that easy to be incorporated into production plants together with presentation how they might improve the quality of the product and efficiency of the production processes in the continuous production’s plants will be analyzed. Different tools will be presented with their advantages and disadvantages for the operators, management and production environment.
