Children Under fives tears are more susceptible to nutritional problems. In the COVID-19 pandemic situation, monitoring of toddlers' growth must continue to be carried out through various alternative efforts to ensure that toddlers can still be monitored for their growth, because undernutrition in toddlers not only causes physical growth disorders, but also affects intelligence and productivity as adults. This study aims to evaluate the nutritional status of toddlers based on the Weight and Age Index during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Posyandu in the Colomadu I Health Center. The sampling technique used was "Purposive Sampling" with a sample of 40 respondents and carried out at the Posyandu in the Work Area Puskesmas Colomadu I. The instruments used were Weight Scales and Dacin. Evaluation of nutritional status of children under five years with several parameters used in determining nutritional status, namely age, sex and weight by converting the value of nutritional status into standard values (Z-Score). The results of the study show that the majority of toddlers fall into the category of good nutritional status, namely 34 toddlers (85%). However, there are still 6 toddlers (15%) who fall into the criteria for undernutrition status.
During the climacteric period, there will be a decline in function. This climacteric period is also known as the critical period. At this time there will be an increase in the prevalence of degenerative diseases that have an impact on functional abilities (Se Hee Min, 2022). The better the level of independence in the elderly in carrying out daily living activities, the better the quality of life for the elderly and vice versa. The higher the dependency level of the elderly, the more passive the elderly will be, so that it can increase the prevalence of degenerative diseases (Aprilian 2021). This study aims to analyze the effect of daily living activity on increasing the prevalence of degenerative diseases in women during the climacteric period in Ngringin Hamlet, Bangsri, Karangpandan. The type of research used is observational analytic. The sampling technique used was "Purposive Sampling" with a sample of 33 respondents and was carried out in Dukuh Ngringin, Bangsri, Karangpandan. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The results of the study show the exact sig value. 2-sided whose probability value = 0.006. The p-value = 0.006 <0.05 so it can be concluded with a significance level of 95% that there is an effect of daily living activity on the prevalence of degenerative diseases.
