Diagnostics of professional challenges of teachers is an important issue for advanced professional training. Current and potential educational needs of modern teachers can only be met through a comprehensive diagnostics of their professional challenges. At the same time, the results of self-analysis and self-diagnostics do not provide comprehensive information for designing a customized training strategy and advanced training programs. The system of current and potential educational needs of teachers is based on the results of selfdiagnostics, self-analysis and reflection, peer review, professional examination, and analysis of legal, scientific and pedagogical sources and socio-cultural context. The identified educational needs of teachers determine the content and structure of a customized educational strategy, are transformed into educational objectives and determine the content of the advanced training programs providing for a continuous education of teachers.
The article is devoted to the urgent problem of cooperation of the educational organization with the families of students. The article provides a meaningful analysis of the opportunities and prospects of educational and other organizations that carry out educational activities of children in the implementation of the Education Development Strategy in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025, the Education Development Strategy of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug -Ugra until 2020, and the Concept of State Family Policy in Russian Federation for the period until 2025 and other federal documents. Educational programs aimed at solving the problems of education, development, and socialization of students are the objects of analysis of this study. The article discusses the problem of training Bachelors with health limitations,in particular speech disorders, for future professional activities. The article presents a theoretical analysis of various opinions and viewpoints the issue under consideration, and describes the main components of Bachelor educational programs in universities. The authors examined the main contradictions in the professional training of Bachelors in inclusive education as educational institutions need teachers who can actively interact with the families of students while the teacher may be lacking the important inclusive competence, which is defined as integrative personal education, determining the ability to carry out professional functions in the process of inclusive education. The analysis of modern approaches in the professional activity brought about the conclusion that there is an emerging need in improvement of vocational training of teachers and search for new models that can help fully prepare future Bachelors for their professional activities.
В статье раскрывается проблема развития патриотического воспитания в целостной системе образовании России; анализ и сопоставление основных компонентов патриотизма как категориального аппарата; анализ исследова тельского опыта в данной области; обзор нормативной документации. Рассматривается сравнительно-описательная характеристика идеологического аспекта в ценностно-смысловых ориентирах, установках, личностных позициях в индивидуальных и социальных условиях, познавательных и практических действиях, отображающихся в образовательных программах Федерального государственного образовательного стандарта.
Consideration of leadership as a set of intellectual abilities, personal qualities, value orientations, behavioral patterns and functional competencies being a condition for a person's success in all spheres of life is currently actualized in many humanitarian scientific disciplines. The article considers the phenomenon of leadership potential, gives a comparative analysis of its definitions and generalize approaches to the structure of this phenomenon based on the theoretical provisions of the problem of leadership. The actualization of leadership potential for pedagogical science is obvious since student age is characterized by maximum ambition, social activity and mobility, sufficient intellectual potential and high motivation for success. For students of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports, the development of leadership potential is relevant not only from the standpoint of present and future personal achievements in life and in sports but also from the standpoint of future coaching or pedagogical activities. The empirical research is based on the author's conclusions of theoretical analysis. Thus, the article proves that leadership potential is a latent personal neoformation and may or may not manifest itself at the behavioral level depending on social and professional conditions, as well as personal value and motivational attitudes. For the manifestation of the leadership potential of students, it is necessary to create special conditions, which involve student sports being a test for determination, will, confidence, etc. The article examines the content and essence of the social phenomenon "student sport", substantiates its exceptional resources for the development of leadership potential among students.
