The arrangement of low-angle boundaries and the subgrain structure of crystals with high ( 2 106 crn-$) dislocation density are considered. Relations to estimate cross dimensions and misorientations of nucleating subgrains are derived. Production conditions for single crystals without nucleating low-angle boundaries are described and relations to estimate the critical dislocation density, below which subgrain nucleation is highly improbable, are supplied. Macrosubgrain formation mechanisms are described. Growing conditions for crystals free of macrosubgrains are formulated. Equations to estimate their cross dimensions and misorientations are proposed. Introduction. The development of transport infrastructure may be ensured through the reengineering of existing facilities of the same name, and also in conjunction with the construction of new buildings and structures in the convertible right-of-way. The objective of the research is to provide a scientific basis for the impacts within the framework of reengineering programs for transportation infrastructure facilities. In accordance with the chosen research area, reconstruction, technical re-equipment, renovation are considered to be the reengineering measures of individual transportation infrastructure facilities, and reclamation is the one of land plots in the right-of-way and adjacent territories. The management body acts on the object and subject with Regulatory Impact to achieve the set goals, recipients of the impact are the reengineering program participants, i.e. owners, contractors, clients. Materials and methods. The theory of Regulatory Impact Logistics and methodological provisions of simulation modelling are applied in the research. The research provides a diagram of the interaction of subjects, participating in the implementation of reengineering programs for transportation infrastructure facilities, to confirm the feasibility and substantiate the possibility of allocating resources between the works on facilities in the process of operational management. Results. The result of the research is a formalized description of the determining the execution of reengineering programs and formation of proposals for newly launched transportation infrastructure facilities. Conclusions. The results are established to form a possible basis for a system of information and analytical support for reengineering of transportation infrastructure facilities, this system, among other things, will contribute to the optimal consumption of material and technical resources and their effective supply schedule. Ultimately, this should lead to a reduction in the cost and duration of reengineering of transportation infrastructure facilities.
A dislocation density dependence on crystal transverse dimensions has been investigated for crystals of Sb grown in split graphite moulds at rates of 1.5; 8.5 and 15 cm/h. The dependence is shown t o be the same for all growth rates which agrees with an earlier suggested theoretical equation. As practice shows, in conditions of crisis organizational problems and development issues, when accumulated contradictions lead to the competitiveness decline and loss of consumers, it is proposed an application of methods of reengineering, implementing turning around enterprises, organizations, companies through moving to a new quality level and modernization of the previously implemented engineering solutions of the functioning facility. The goal of the work is to find organizational forms of quality transformation of the solutions, having an anthropotechnical genesis (technical, technological, organizational, managerial etc.) through capital construction facility reengineering and technological process reengineering solutions. Literature sources and current construction standards analysis is carried out to implement the goal. Methods of the system analysis and management, comparison, expert evaluation are used. General definitions of the reengineering from Russian and foreign sources are given in the article. Criteria and factors of the reengineering events classification at the «construction facility – construction site» level are justified, the project of capital construction facility and technological process reengineering is set out, the capital construction facility reengineering structure is described, pattern solutions of the capital construction facility reengineering are formed, distribution of the reengineering types according to the stages of the life circle of the capital construction facility is presented. The structure of the capital construction facility reengineering standards is given and perspective directions of the information and analytical support development are indicated in the article. In the conclusion the fact, that reengineering is an effective mechanism of forming a comfort living environment, is justified based on the science and technology achievements, customer inquiry and most complete satisfaction, as well as the creation of the competitive edge of not only separate domestic construction organizations, but also the whole national construction field.

Определены его составляющие: информационная, аналитическая, техническая и кадровая. Приведены основные положения технического и кадрового обеспечения данной подсистемы реинжиниринга. Особое внимание уделено формированию параметрической модели реинжиниринга объектов капитального строительства, которая является основой формирования типовых организационных решений. Материалы и методы: установлено, что информационная составляющая имеет свою агрегацию: информационная модель, программное обеспечение, регламентация функционирования информационной модели и программного обеспечения. Аналитическая составляющая включает в себя параметрическую модель, типовые решения и методические рекомендации разработки и применения реинжиниринга. Результаты: в качестве основы параметрической модели выделены укрупненные группы параметров реинжиниринговых мероприятий на объекте капитального строительства и их декомпозиция. Приведен порядок формирования типовых решений реинжиниринга объектов капитального строительства в составе которого выделяются организационные схемы его реализации и ресурсообеспечение составляющих реинжиниринг мероприятий. Отдельно рассмотрена структура нормативных документов реинжиниринга объектов капитального строительства. Нормативные документы можно квалифицировать как общие, на разработку и на их применение, а также как отраслевые и корпоративные регламенты по реинжинирингу объекта капитального строительства. Выводы: сформированная система информационно-аналитического обеспечения реинжиниринга может придать серьезный импульс развитию и качественному преобразованию объекта капитального строительства. Эффективное функционирование системы информационно-аналитического обеспечения реинжиниринга возможно при наличии действенной нормативно-методической базы указанных мероприятий и адекватной информационной модели объекта капитального строительства на этапе его эксплуатации.
