Conclusion: In this National Cancer Database analysis of SCC of the orbit, lacrimal gland/sac SCC was associated with worse OS while patients who were younger, female and Hispanic who had higher income and private insurance were associated with improved OS. Definitive surgery was the most common treatment modality followed by chemotherapy. Older patients were more likely to receive RT and patients who lived in rural areas were more likely to undergo definitive surgery.
